Medical services, Par excellence! Dr. Chang always on time. Very attentive listening to your complaints and thorough on examination. I love the convenience of immediate collection of lab specimens. I got my blood works and flu shot. Love the lady in charge. She is very good.

Excellent family doctor. He’s carrying, will listen to your concerns and evaluate your needs based on testing, and if needed, blood work. He has called me after hours on several occasions to let me know the results of my tests.

I have been seeing Dr. Chang for 15 years. He is awesome, he stays cutting edge and gives me the best advice and support with my health issues. I love this doctor!

Front desk needs improvement & someone that actually speaks English to schedule appointments, super difficult to communicate with the front desk

Dr Chang Us a very nice physician.  He is not in it for the money and his service rate is extremely low.  He also spent  time to make sure his patients are taken of.

It takes only one person at the front office to ruin the experience.  I&#39;ve visited this office 3 times now.  The first time I was greeted by the same lady that everyone else on Yelp complains about.  They are completely right.  She is the rudist receptionist ever.  The condescending grumpy attitude that wonders why any patient comes to her office.  Wonder if Dr. Chang knows about her?  <br><br>The 2nd time I came, she thankfully was not there and I had a great experience.  Dr. Chang is a great doctor.  The rest of the staff is pretty good.<br><br>Then the 3rd time, I came in on an appointment to get blood work done.  That grumpy rude receptionist was there again.  I was told that no paperwork was done and that I had to wait to get new paperwork.  I sat there and realized that she will never give that paperwork to Dr. Chang to get signed.  I&#39;m just wasting my Friday sitting in the office for nothing.  So I got up and told her to call me when the paperwork is signed.  She rolled her eyes and said &#34;whatever&#34;.  Well over a week later, no phone calls.  At this rate, I don&#39;t expect a phone call.  The blood work that needed to be done had to be done on a very specific date.  The window has been missed.  Now I have wait another month before I can attempt the blood test.  Oh well, glad I don&#39;t have anything serious that requires a quick turnaround.  Can&#39;t imagine if there was someone who had something serious and that lady was in charge of their paperwork.

This review is way overdue since I&#39;ve been going to Dr. Chang for years! The staff is always friendly and Dr. Chang always takes the time to listen. He is a great doctor and has even called me after hours to tell me about my blood test results. He truly cares about people.<br><br>I highly recommend Dr. Chang.

My last visit here was a year ago. Hada very terrible yet discriminated experience here. Was hanging on to the last of my sanity with my M.S. flare up at the time didn&#39;t know I had M.S. at the time. When it came down to get something done for all these symptoms he worsen my condition and pushed me away from trusting ANYTHING anymore. He began saying the specialist is going to find nothing and I am faking it, in the end the specialist found M.S. through this and left me more insane and cloudy. Didn&#39;t know what to do ended up running away from home, try to drink it away, running. Thanks Albert for such an unnecessary experience. I am finally feeling more healed than before not  yet but slowly getting there.

I highly recommend Dr. Albert Chang. He is very knowledgeable. Front Staffs and nurses are great as well. Keep up the great work. Thank you very much!

Dr. Chang is great but he needs to hire an entire new staff. I&#39;ve been a patient over a year now. Everytime I do blooodwork nobody calls me or emails me that results are in the portal. I had two positive things come up and no one calls me to explain.<br><br>This last time I called three times to request blooodwork to get done. In the first call, they said they would email me but they didn&#39;t. in the second call, they said the paperwork is in the portal but it wasn&#39;t. During the third call, they said LabCorp has the information. I went to LabCorp and they said I have to be fasting. Dr. Chang office NEVER mentions I have to be fasting. What a waste of time. <br><br>No communication.
