Absolutely horrible experience. Doctor prescribed antibiotic with horrible side effects. When I tried to contact him/office, I was totally ignored. Changed doctors immediately.

When I read the after visit notes, they contained things that did not occur in my visit. He prescribed a medication that had the potential for serious side effects; when I contacted his office to ask what to do, I was ignored.

Dr. Chen is an amazing doctor! He really listens, is very kind and makes you feel comfortable. I’ve been with him for about a year now and will continue to see him. I recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a primary care physician or an internist.

You couldn’t get a more kind and compassionate PCP, Dr. Chen listens to your concerns and doesn’t rush you off like most PCP’s, he takes his time and makes sure he has answered all your questions. Dr. Chen is a Gem of a MD I can’t say enough about him, best MD!!!

Dr Chen was rude and disrespectful. I’ve seen him several times so I thought maybe he was having a bad day. His attitude has only gotten worse however. Very surprised he would be working as a physician with such a renowned medical group (Memorial Care)! I will make other arrangements and suggest you consider doing the same.

Poor communication. Poor care I saw Dr Chen for several year and for most of the relationship he was cordial although his communication was so so at best. Recently he insisted I come in six months prior to the scheduled date on MyChart. I decided to keep initial date and Dr Chen canceled my prescription. This arbitrary and capricious action was unsafe and unprofessional. I strongly recommend seeking another healthcare provider.
