The rudest nurse I ever had. I took my son there for 3 year old check up. The nurse helped measure height and weight is so rude, inpatient, and not respectful. and she even said my son is unmanageable in a very rude way just because he didn't lay down right as she asked. I never had nurse like this. I was hopping the doctor is different and be able to complain the nurse. The doctor is a little better, but not more. she's like in a rush to something else. and somehow give me the feeling she don't care. So I save my words.

We were new to Irvine. We took our child to her for an annual well child check up which was fully covered by our insurance. We told her several times that we only wanted a regular physical. She only took 15 minutes (most time were chatting), but later her office sent us bills for several hundred dollars on top of what the insurance company paid. She also charged us new patient set up fee. She's greedy, so watch out. I have never met a doctor like her. I don't recommend her.
