List of Christine Leehealey, Md's Reviews
Excellent doctor! She treats me for lupus and has always been kind and attentive to my concerns. Never any problems with refills. I would recommend her.
Dr. Christine Leehealey has gone above and beyond what I’d ever expect from a rheumatologist. She genuinely knows me and cares about my physical, emotional, and mental health. She’s never rushed, and she gives me practical guidance and advice. She is proactive in monitoring and protecting all aspects of my health. I’m so grateful for her excellent care.
Been calling for 1 week to get someone to call me back to make an appointment. No one ever calls. I'm a ways away from her office and not driving there to make an appointment because her staff never responds to calls. I'll keep looking for a doctor who returns calls. Would leave a 0 rating if I could.
Dr very cut and dry. Don't expect hand holding. Listened intently and asked questions which I liked. Hoping for a good outcome with my next follow up.
First I would like to commend Dr Lee-Healey for always having the best communication with me, Dr has been treating me for over 7 years. Because of Dr Lee-Healey and the treatment that she put me on for RA I find myself more energetic, less pain. Thank you Dr for always being kind and present for me! Remember when you go to a DR office your not the only patient they are seeing, they are busy so please make enough time so your not being the impatient patient.

I read some of these 1 star reviews and I’d like to say this to those of you that gave a 1 star review! It sounds like a you problem, because how could you say you family member gained 70 lbs because Dr prescribed prednisone!!! That’s what that medication does!!! Maybe self control on eating bad food would help! I appreciate you Dr whole heartedly!
Dr has very poor bedside manner. Cold, rushed and disinterested in helping the patient. Awful communication system if you're trying to get a hold of the Dr via her front desk staff.
I'm reviewing on behalf of my husband, who has been a patient of Dr. Leehealey for the past few years. This doctor and office is absolutely terrible. My husband has been without his psoriatic arthritis medication multiple times because this office is so disorganized and terrible with communication. You cannot reach anyone on the phone. You must always leave a voicemail, and they NEVER call back. He has had to go to the office in person just to get them to answer the pharmacy's refill request. He has, again, been without his medication for over two weeks because they will not respond to the pharmacy's refill request. His arthritis is now flaring up and he has no one to help. The doctor does not use My Chart or any electronic messaging system. Her staff is inept and disorganized. He has made an appointment with a new rheumatologist that will hopefully see him next week so he can get back on his medication. Also, she tried to double bill you. He pays his copay at the time of visit, then she sends you a bill in the mail. He's gone over there WITH proof of payment, but they said they will not accept any proof unless you FAX it over. He said "why can't I just email a screenshot of my bank statement that shows I paid?" and they said it has to be faxed. Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and keep searching for your new rheumatologist. This is not a doctor that will give you any care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
