Doctor Christine J. Leehealey and her supporting staff provide exceptionally outstanding RA medical care.
Dr.Leehealey has been there for both my husband and me. She’s an amazing doctor that shows kindness and compassion for her patients.
The reviewers who said she is "cold".. are being nice. She is downright abusive. She has extremely black and white ideas about best course of action without taking into consideration a person's medical history. If you are compliant obedient then she may be okay, but if you question the direction she takes or do not "obey" she will verbally, emotionally and mentally assault you, demean you and shame you...
The Worst Doctor...she charges full price for a ten minute Tele-visit, offers Zero Help but has no problem charging$360.00 for her 15 minute appointments.... research other Doctors, she's useless.
I am extremely happy with the care I am receiving from Dr Leeheally. She has explained my condition to me very well and has set me on a path to recovery. I appreciate the kindness she has exhibited towards me. I found the office staff to me very accommodating and pleasant.

My favorite doctor. Ive been seeing her for over 15 years. She keeps my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis under control. Friendly staff.
I have always had a positive experience with Dr. Leehealey and her staff. Dr. Leehealy has always gone above and beyond for me and has always delivered great care. She cares.
Horrible staff. HORRIBLE. Dr. Leehealey was good, but getting to her was tough. I really have to wonder how good she really is if she keeps such incompetent staff on her team. Had to call over and over again to get through to anyone. Had to repeat what I was calling for multiple times; always seemed like they were really distracted. Every time the staff said they would something (call in scripts, make appointments, send blood test referrals, etc.), they dropped the ball 75% of the time. I was referred to a special pharmacy: gave me the wrong number twice. Wa supposed to get the meds within a couple days; per the doc, but the staff couldn’t get it coordinated. Kept telling me to wait for the pharmacy to call; turns out I was supposed to call them (had to look up the number on my own). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME — FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I’m going to CedersSinai now; night to day difference.
Horrible HORRIBLE staff. Do not waste your time; go somewhere, ANYWHERE else. Incompetence is an understatement. You have to wonder how good the doctor really is if she keeps the staff she does on her team.

Dr. Leehealey office is more interested in collecting a $50 no show fee than keeping a patient. Only her time is valuable and mine wasn’t. It doesn’t matter if you leave messages for her staff, she would not call you back on your test results. I had to call multiple times, days after did I hear back. Her office uses old medical equipments. I waited for almost one hour for my apt but when I was not able to make my apt at the last minute due to my work, her office insisted to collect the $50 no show fee. I couldn’t make it to the apt twice, regardless, I would not recommend her care to anyone. Check out other people’s frustration and poor rating of her on Yelp.
I have been going to Dr Leehealey for 15 years. I suffer from extreme RA brought on by Lupus. I also have HIV. Over the course of those years she has shown great empathy and incredible medical prowess in ascertaining the situation and making sure she got to.the root of my problems while still being a great person to talk to. There have been a few times because of the pain I have gone through that I just wanted to do myself in, yet she found a way to.get to logical side and make me understand that by having a little patience and understanding that what I was going through was just temporary while she got me well. She has given me great success with dealing with my disease. And through her professionalism and understanding of the human process has helped me not only overcome my fears but helped my husband deal with my Illness. Which I have to say is not an easy task . So if you need a Rheumatologist that has the ability to understand you and your needs and have great professionalism and patient skills then Dr Christine Leehealeyis the doctor to go to!
This person who calls herself a doctor made my brother to gain 50 pounds for just 2 weeks after he was discharged from a hospital. She works with a HOAG and she put him on 60 mg of prednisone which retains water in person who takes this medication. The reason my brother was in the hospital was water in his lungs and he was on lasix IV whole week that he spent there. Some of the doctors suspected that he had lupus and after blood tests showed that he did have lupus the hospital invited her to see him but she didn’t even come she just talked to him over the phone and prescribed him prednisone 60 mg .Now after he came back from the hospital on September 28th where his weight was 270 lbs by this day October 19TH his weight jumped to 320 lbs.My brother still taking water pills but his weight does not go away because of the unprofessional treatment of this Christine Leehealey.
Horrible experience. The doctor is very cold , rushing you and all she cares is money. For the bloodwork results she will make you to come in ( or have zoom appointment these days) and pay a copay just for her to look at the results. Last time I did come to the office just for her to spend 5 mins with me. This time I refused to set an appointment with copay. Her office manager is no help either , keep referring to their policy... stay away from this doctor and office. Will never go back. 1 star for the receptionist especially Julie. She is very good.

Dr. Leehealey is warm, friendly and professional. She listens intensely and conducts a sincere conversation. I highly recommend her.
Dr Christine Leehealey has really gone above and beyond for me since the beginning when I first met her at Hoag back in February. She truly cares about you as a person and wants to be sure you're getting the best treatment possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for medical guidance.
