Omgee!!! Thee BEST DR. HANDS DOWN... Very caring n goes out of their way for u. Their support rises the bar to WHOLE another level. They made me feel secure, safe, an that they really are ALL ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS! They wanna see u recover and really care about YOU! I went to see Dr. Katcherian after an urgent care visit and having an infectied finger that couldn't bend with no trauma or any signs to show what was going on. DR. KATCHERIAN and his team watched me closed an took all measures to help me find a diagnosis and a treatment to help me. They never once made me feel like they couldn't help but did everything to make sure I was getting seen and getting better. I ended up having hand surgery and Dr. made sure I was very comfortable and knowing that wasn't his first choice made me feel ok. I knew He was more concerned about me and my well being.. Thank U Dr. KATCHERIAN n Team for Ur Excellent Service.. I would RECOMMEND DR. KATCHERIAN 100%

this doctor is the worst I have ever seen... he destroyed my hand and recommended the worst solutions ... extremely rude ... never let this man touch you ... you will regret it ...

Dr. Katcherian took amazing care of our daughter that was dealing with a difficult injury. He was very supportive and gave us a thorough understanding of our options. His office was very professional and assisted us throughout the process. I very much recommend to anyone dealing with a wrist injury.

Dr. Katcherian has wonderful bedside manners. His staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about my insurance. I had previously seen an ortho who’s only option was surgery. Dr. Katcherian gave multiple options before recommending surgery which was something I really wanted. His front desk was very helpful when I couldn’t talk to the doctor directly. She responded promptly and was very caring about my situation. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a great hand surgeon in Orange County.

A surgeon who does not do surgery? What? Sounds like this is a common theme, and I was sadly a victim of this. It seems to be poor office management. From the start, I had issues with the the doctor getting in paperwork on time and done correctly. I figured it was due to the fact that I was going through workers comp, so I thought nothing of it. About six months later I get a surgery date. Just TWO DAYS before my surgery I get a call from his surgery planner that the surgery has been canceled. After waiting all day for a call back as to why this happened, I find out that they did not schedule me a covid test, which the hospital where surgery was going to take place required of them. They refused to let me take my own rapid test that same day, and told me it was already canceled. His surgery planner, Dominique, was especially uncaring and offered me no other solution other than to reschedule. So I said see ya. My case manager got me in somewhere else, so I can actually stop feeling hand pain and get this solved. My case manager, who works in the workers comp field and meets with doctors every single day, was baffled at how unorganized they all were. I would highly recommend not putting your life in this office's hands.

Currently seeing Dr. Katcherian for both my wrists, and I am so happy I chose this doctor! The whole staff goes above and beyond to make sure I receive everything I need for my recovery. The doctor took his time to answer all my questions and describe exactly what the problem was so I could understand. I feel like I'm in good hands!

I met with Dr. Katcherian a couple months ago. He was very nice. He explained to me about my procedure of what to expect and what he had planned. He removed my wires done by another surgeon. After that I have not heard back. I've tried calling this office several times. The staff lacks on returning any phone calls back. I was waiting for them to send out an authorization to get my surgery. They told me they would update me. I had to call serval times just to get a response by them. They mentioned that they had been sending out my authorization multiple times but had not heard back from my insurance. If that was the case why didn't they call me and update me on that? I then decided to call my insurance and let them know about this. They said the authorization was approved. I then gave this office a call back and they said they had to send out a different code. I then call back days after and they said it was denied. I then told them I would pay out of pocket. Jocelyn the receptionist said they would give me a call back. They have not given my a call at all. This was over a month ago. This office sucks. If Dr. katcherian isn't able to do my surgery I'd rather have him being honest than just basically ghosting me.

I met Dr Katcherian due to my Doctor wanting a second opinion to determine surgery for myself. I went and had a very pleasant appointment with him. He reassured me and spent time with me speaking about the surgeries that I would possibly need. That was the end of that, I decided to transfer to him because he is much closer and felt comfortable with him. I loved my previous Dr so changing was a decision I didn't come to lightly. After that first appointment I noticed inconsistencies with his staff. I was lied to many times by his coordinator or his assistant Dominique. She would tell me that things were requested and come to find out months later nothing had been requested. I thought maybe it was because of Worker's compensation but then I realized it was just the administrative staff. I felt so bad that I had left a great Doctor and staff members for this. I decide to return to my previous Dr and hopefully finally get the care that I was not granted at this office. People need to be more compassionate towards the pain of others and not lie to patients. I wish this office the best and I'm sure they have provided others with great service, unfortunately not me.

This place is a scam. Seriously, listen to other reviews and do not go there. I've been waiting for 4+ months to get a 30 minute procedure scheduled and every time I get a date, it gets rescheduled. Not only that, but the front desk staff always puts me on hold any time I call, they never provide me with any information I need ahead of time, they rarely return my calls, and I am the one always having to call to get updates on anything. This was supposed to be my first surgery ever and I absolutely do not feel comfortable having someone with this horrible of a process operating on me.
