I think the older women including nurses here are very rude. They are past their prime and taking revenge on patients. The women at front desk are young and energetic and only the lobby was pleasant. Then it was like dealing with the DMV.

People answering phone calls are horrible they keep transferring me from department to another and give me very hard time without even answering one question and at the end they ask me is there anything else I can help you with? Well you didnt help me with anything to ask this question

City of Hope in Irvine has been a fantastic place! The facility is advanced with current technology and has provided a team to support our needs. We moved my dad’s care from HOAG where we had bad experiences. At City of Hope the expertise, the attention, the professionalism and the care has been simply amazing in comparison. Everything is so clean, modern, the staff is friendly, responsive to our needs and scheduling is easy. Highly recommend City of Hope!

Called literally 3 hours after being released from hospital after surgery and did not get meds for 8 hours after calling every hour. All they kept saying was they are going to send the prescription but never did until we said we will come to the office in person.

No communication what so ever all I do is call them and they keep saying we will send it to the team. No response

I went to them 2 weeks ago everyone was nice but I have been trying to get my prescription filled by them for 2 weeks . Why won't they send in my prescription or return my calls

I am forever grateful for City of Hope and how wonderful they were with my husband. The nurses are excellent, extremely patient and caring. Top notch Drs, actually everyone starting with the Valet guys, the receptionist at the front door, the cafe workers, radiologists, absolutely EVERYONE gives 110% and that is so refreshing nowadays. I lost my Paul a few short months ago, he fought so hard everyday for 8 years, but God eventually came for him, took all of his pain and brought him home. Thank you to City of Hope for the wonderful care you gave, you will never know how much it means. ❤️
