Staff is very profesional, friendly, and caring. I never have to wait a long time! I am always taken to the back within five minutes of my scheduled time. Dr Binns is very caring and knowledgeable! She has great bedside manners. I love that she takes the time to listen to you and has a way to set you at ease even while in pain. When Dr Binns is not available and I get an appointment to see the PA, Katherine Matsumoto, I feel just at ease as I do with Dr Binns. She is also very caring, will listen to you, asks the right questions to pinpoint what s wrong, and her knowledge as PA is very reassuring. With this medical office I know I am in good hands!
