Annie is the rudest person I have ever come across in any medical office or field, and I have been to tons of them my whole life. Horrible representation for an office. I hope they can find better help.

Dr Binns is great... a good listener and is on top of my health issues. Extremely proactive and concerned with keeping me healthy. I would recommend her 100 % to anyone looking for a caring primary physician!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.I was a patient of Dr. Wong's for years and always had trouble getting appointments among other things. I needed to schedule a physical as verification that I was healthy for my employer and the earliest they would see me was 6 months out. I obviously could not afford to be unemployed for this long so I ended up finding another primary care doctor and am so glad that I did! (Mind you, I told them I needed this appointment so I could start work and they still refused to find me anything sooner. Very clear that they only care about money since annual physicals are free every year. I also had issues with my hip at the time and they agreed to see me the following week... so claiming no availability is BS.)Fast forward to now, I got bloodwork done and found out that my iron is high. My current primary care doctor told me that I had similar alarming results the last time I got my iron checked in 2020 and asked me if my previous PCP aka Kelly Wong ever informed me. THE ANSWER IS NO. I even brought up similar health concerns whilst at Kelly Wong and never got anywhere with them. I am extremely disappointed in my experience at that office and pray to God that I don't have exacerbated health issues do to the negligence of this office.Do not waste your time or money here if you care about your health!

Katherine Matsumoto was amazing!  She dedicated a lot of time to me during my appointment and was very thorough. She went above and beyond.

A shout out to Physician Assistant, Katherine Matsumoto, whom I have seen on several occasions. Yesterday she took care of a bothersome mole. She was so very careful, explaining everything she was doing and gave excellent, precise follow-up instructions.My primary physician is Dr. Amanda Binns, who is so very, very good. She is always positive, thorough & answers all my questions.

There is a lot of room for improvement for Comprehensive Care Center Of Irvine.If you look at the past reviews you will notice a pretty ugly trend with the customer service piece that Comprehensive Care Center Of Irvine puts out there. Basically stated, it sucks. From billing to scheduling they will make a mess out of things and it will affect your life. You and your insurance company are going to have to put in some work to make things happen. The divine comedy is the fact that they have incredible doctors and it is worth the hassle for the care you receive. Do I like the situation? No. Would I put up with all of this to stick with my GP? Yes. I am certain that things will only get worse once this review is posted but the fact of the matter is this: Comprehensive Care Center Of Irvine is a real headache to deal with. If things change I will update this review.

First time patient and was amazed by the friendliness of the young man in the reception area. He welcomed me. This practice was never afforded me at other doctors offices I have visited. Kudos! Was impressed with Dr. Abidir and how he handled my case. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Very pleased with the care I have received for years from Dr. Binns and the support given by her office staff. Dr. Binns is an excellent diagnostician. She listens to patient concerns and explores best practices and possible options. She cares about her patients and provides excellent care. When she feels seeing a specialist might be a next step, she is honest and offers that possibility.

I appreciated the office being so cautious & concerned for the patients during this COVID times. I appreciate Dr. Wong's & Nurse Matsumoto's thorough evaluation as well as their amazing follow-up & communication. Both are very attentive and quick to respond to the patients needs & questions. They get back to you VERY fast. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care for their patient...
