The staff and service were excellent. My only complaint was the wait time. It was too long for the service provided.

I arrived without an appointment and was checked in immediately. I didn’t have to wait very long. The tech that processed my drug test was very efficient, professional and had a good sense of humor.

Tony is an AMAZING, MOTIVATING, PT; who is well educated, and versed, in his field; and knows how to speak to his clients with respect and that tiny bit of [tough love] when needed. Front Office was also very helpful and pleasant to work with! Amazing TEAM at Lake Forest office!!!

Friendly staff and excellent service keep up the good work team

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with only one person ahead of me. I was seen within about 10 minutes, which was great. The nurse/tech was attentive and performed everything correctly. However, the experience deteriorated once I was placed in an exam room to wait for the provider. Despite only one patient being ahead of me, it took **40 minutes** for the doctor to arrive. During that time, **no staff member updated me** on the delay or acknowledged the wait. I had to step out of the room twice—after 15 and 30 minutes—to ask about the doctor’s status. Both times, the staff were **on their phones** and responded dismissively, simply telling me, *“You just have to wait.”* While I understand that waiting is normal in medical settings, the **lack of communication and poor bedside manner** was unacceptable. A simple update (e.g., *“The doctor is with another patient—we appreciate your patience”*) would have made a significant difference. Instead of the **the doctor will be coming soon. Then never give you an update. Due to this experience, I **would not return** and would caution others about the inconsistent level of care. Clear communication and basic courtesy should be a priority.

Concentra Urgent Care, is located off Rockfield Blvd in the city of Lake Forest. I had no idea they were even there. I was assigned to this location for a work drug test. They offer urgent care, occupational medicine and even accept walk-ins. I know from experience that places like these usually have a bit of a wait. Granted I was a walk-in, I was called to the back after around 30-45 minutes. There were a couple people there who got a little frustrated about having to wait so long. The front office staff took the clients' frustration well and stayed professional throughout the interaction. The front and back office were both clean including the bathroom for the drug test. The guy who worked with me was very personable and easy to talk to. I wish I got his name. He made my long wait worth it with his friendly personality. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Overall this place wasn't too bad. I am not a fan of long waiting times in a medical facility so I am giving a 3 out of 5. Again, I was a walk-in, but others with appointments had to sit for quite sometime before it was their turn.

Great staff. Very friendly and professional. I was in and out for a physical in no time. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. They weren’t busy when I came in at 1pm on a weekday.

I had an unusual request in that I needed blood drawn, and I would be shipping it somewhere else. Concentra did this for me and they were very friendly and helpful. Abraham was the person who drew my blood and he could not have been more friendly. All in all, it was a very positive experience

In my opinion Concentra staff show very little concern to patients. At one of there facility I waited 2 1/2 hours before I was seen by a doctor.. my appointments get reschedule a lot. The doctors ask the same questions over and over. My medical issues is always rejected.
