Dr.Thompson and Dr.Amin were very patient and kind and listened to all my concerns. They also evaluated my son very thoroughly. And they were very meticulous on following up on the treatments. Front office staff were very welcoming.I feel my son is in good hands. I would definitely recommend cortica to anyone!

I had a good experience with Dr. Amin in the beginning until I came to the point where I need to schedule an appointment for my daughter to start a family therapy, she told me that they will call me to schedule the appointment and no one showed up for almost 2 weeks. I called them several times to reach out to them, vm them and sent email until finally the branch manager helped me to schedule the appointment when I made my last call complaining about their bad service. After my daughter's first appointment with the therapist who showed up late on her appointment with us and the session took about 40 minutes not an hour as scheduled I tried again calling them many times and even leaving a voice message or sending email to reschedule with no response as expected. Funny how they called me at the time of the old appointment to reschedule and telling me that the therapist is available at the time I wish to have. Of course I ask them to cancel everything. Worst service ever.

Always a pleasure to work with Cortica. We're always greeted with a smile and patience, even when we've forgotten an appointment or are late for some reason. They are quite thorough and explain everything in a way that helps me and my son understand.

I'm so excited so see Joshua's growth even though he hasn't set foot at school Cortica's therapist have been working diligently , compassionately and lovingly towards Joshua's development. I am most impressed with the progress in his Speech and OT.
