I had a really great experience here. The dentist is super friendly, precise, thorough and made everything feel easy and comfortable. The front office staff is just as great, everyone is so welcoming and pleasant to deal with. It honestly makes such a difference. Definitely recommend!

New patient, scheduled an appointment for 3/5. They called two days beforehand to reschedule, saying I was double booked. Moved the appointment to 3/11. They called on 3/10 to reschedule AGAIN, saying I was once again double booked… 😒 I’m sure the Crossroads dentists and hygienists do great work, but the front office is clearly a mess.

The entire staff at Crossroads Dental is terrific. I've commented on more than one occasion that I feel as though I could fall asleep during my cleanings, which is a wonderful feeling when visiting the dentist! Highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience at this dental office, And I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I especially want to recognize Sanaz, the dental assistant. She was absolutely amazing, kind, patient and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly , checked in on my throughout the visit, And genuinely made sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can tell she truly cares about patients, not just doing her job, but doing it well. Her positive energy and professionalism made me huge difference in my experience. The office is clean, well organized, and runs smoothly, which made the appointment stress-free. If you are someone who gets nervous at the dentist, this is definitely the place to go. They really know how to make you feel at ease. Highly recommend this dental office.

Crossroads dental is great! Mr Nihad is very detail oriented . They did a laser treatment which really made a difference and they spent alot of time with me. I was very happy with the result .

Dr Chen is very nice and professional. I saw Dr Sami for near 30 years, so when he retired, I was worried for a new dentist. When Dr Chen took over the office, I was nervous, but the staff really is wonderful. Even the hygienist was patient and made me feel comfortable. The office is in a prime location off san canyon, and everything is very clean.

My first appointment with crossroads dental and I am so far very pleased. Both the examination and my teeth cleaning was thorough and obviously done with care, which is what I was looking for while searching for a new dental office. Dr. Chen was so kind and informative when I had questions about a filling he wanted to replace. Explained to me and showed me why he thought it was needed, and I'm so glad I did, I felt the difference instantly. I've already been back a second time because I've decided to do Invisalign, and it was again a great experience from the entire staff at the front desk to the dental assistants. And they recognized me when I returned which was nice and not expected since I was so new.
