I went there tonight okay with a wait, as you can go home and rest until a room is ready. After waiting for almost an hour, in their clinic,come to find out they said I had not met my deductible yet and I was not setup for urgent care...well I was not about to pay $130 or more for an office visit so I left. So we went to Primacare on Preston Road in Frisco and they filed my insurance under specialist since I was not setup under urgent care. I paid a $45 copay and was done. On the positive note CareNow was going to try and squeeze us in so we would not have to wait 3 hours since my daughter was in pain..but seriously consider filing your insurance to where it helps your neighbors that surround your clinic. I personally use to do coding and filing insurance for doctors way back in the day and I know there is many ways that are within contract in how you can file within the insurance policies... I was very impressed how fast and the care we received at Primacare. Disappointed in CareNow.

I thought the point of web check in was so we didn't have to wait in the room all evening. We have been here two hours and YES we did web check in! They really need to reevaluate there system. Not very impressed with this CareNow.

Absolutely pathetic. I thought I went through bad places for service until tonight. To say I was disappointed and upset is an understatement. I was there at 5:50. They said to wait. So I did. I waited til 9 after asking twice what the hold up. They said to wait for my turn. After seeing patient after patient that walked in after I signed in, I couldn't take it and let them know I was extremely disappointed on being passed over by others who came in an hour/2 hours after I did. I drive an hour to Dallas every day and at this time, do not have the luxury to take off work to have my health looked over. I was told by many this is thr place to go. I am beyond upset to have my day wasted because I was passed over.
