Waste of time. Go to a doctor that takes pride in his work and the environment he sets for his patients. Wife called for appointment, staff seemed hurried and bothered with the call however, she was given a time and the appointment address. We arrived at an orthopaedic facility, roamed the building searching for this office, only to be told after calling the office, when unable to locate the space, we should be in another city, different address. Staff is incompetent.

Dr. Smith did my wife's knees years ago, and now we are in the process of doing mine. A great surgeon with great communication...I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on me!

Dr. Smith replaced both of my wife's knees and, 7 years later, she's doing great! I will be going to him shortly to have my own knee replacement.

Dr. Smith replaced both my wife's knees, one 7 years ago, the other 5 years ago. She now has beautifully straight legs, is 1/4" taller, and can walk faster than I can! During the entire procedure, Dr. Smith was nothing less than caring, comforting, and was a true professional in every respect. I am now about to start the same process and I have insisted that Dr. Smith do the surgery!

I have seen many orthopedic surgeons and Smith was one of the worst. Based upon the irrelevant questions he asked, his very limited physical evaluation of me and his odd comments, he clearly is just going through the motions, does not know what he is doing and should have retired a long time ago. I wouldn't trust this old geezer with the health of a stray cat.

Misdiagnosed. kept in pain for over a month until correct diagnosis. Very poor followup and after care.

He let me be in pain for over a month, ignoring my symptoms and plea's for an MRI. He misdiagnosed me. His staff is rude and uncaring!

My surgery was a complete failure,not just one time but, unfortunately, I had the misfortune of thinking he would get it right the second time around. He didn't and I found out from a true shoulder specialist that Dr. Smith had destroyed any possibility of repairing the torn rotator as he had destroyed my deltoid!
