I had an amazing experience here at dental 2000. They did an amazing job on my cleaning, and informing me on next steps regarding my teeth. The office was very clean and very professional. I will definitely be back again.

horrible!!!!! dont waste your time!!!!! i went in just for a consult, and i didnt even make it in to see the doctor, who was running late, and wasnt even in the office yet!!!! then i was rudely greeted by the receptionist who is very unprofessional!!! she told me that they dont take my insurance. i had asked her 10 times before i came in if they accepted my insurance, and the receptionist said yes!!!! she was so over whelmed with her duties up front that she was actually having a dam anxiety attack right in front of me!!!! i couldnt believe she was working with her unwelcoming, and over exhausted attitude!!! so, she told me to fill out the paper work anyway, and to apply for a loan without even seeing the doctor for my consult!!!!! omg!!! this place only wants money!!! then there was a language barrier because she could barely speak or understand english!!!! disgusting and unprofessional!!! they never even apologized after i refused to sign any loan and then walked out before the doctor came in late!!!! i wouldnt bring my dam dog there!!!! pathetic and unprofessional!!! i think they discriminate if your american and not persian!!!

At Irvine by Carl's Jr Had a free dental cleaning , not a deep cleaning , but I feel refreshed No sensitivities felt and the rush of warm water is something new to me Choose this business . It's all Business but you feel happy vibe of the staff . Ask a question and get a answer Next to a huge park w several eateries

This dentist is a joke. They'll sell you a "warranty" with a smile, but the second you actually need it, they'll twist the fine print and refuse to stand behind their own work. Instead, they push you toward the cheapest patch job possible--something that saves them money while leaving you with a bigger problem down the road. It's not about patient care here; it's about padding their pockets. They cut corners, dodge responsibility, and act like you should just be grateful they're offering anything at all. Dentistry is supposed to be about trust. If you value your teeth, your wallet, and your sanity, find literally any other dentist. This place is nothing but a scam wrapped in a white coat.

My father had an appointment at the clinic and he was treated by Dr.Tania. He went in to get his crown exchanged and he received a spectacular service. He has had a negative experience with the other professionals in the clinic, and he felt very pleased to have received such great attention and care. She was extremely attentive and made sure to make my father feel comfortable and safe. I can confidently say that she is a professional who takes her duty seriously as a doctor. Her main priority is making sure her clients feel in a comfortable space. We are extremely grateful to have received an amazing attention and we thought it was needed to share this great experience to praise such a great doctor.

Dr. Patel and his staff in Irvine should be avoided. I was a patient and had 5 implants done in Irvine in September 2024. They all have failed or were so poorly placed that they are not usable for crowns. Dr Patel destroyed the bone in the front lower jaw area to where the implant had no chance of taking but yet he stuck it in anyway and jammed the area with bone graft hoping that it would somehow recover. I was in horrible pain for weeks afterward and he lied to me and told me the surgery to place the implant went great! I had to go see another oral surgeon to get a second opinion of why I was in such pain and he showed me how Patel had broke the bone and drilled out the backside of the bone . he told me to demand a refund and have Patel remove all of my implants as they were all unusable. I went to Patel and told him what the other oral surgeon told me and so he admitted that it was a mess and he had lied to me and he removed this one very loose implant but refused to remove the others as it required another oral surgery and he would not do it for free He offered a full refund but has never sent the check and now the office will not return my calls? I have had terrible pain and suffering and all of this was for not. The other oral surgeon told me that all 5 implants should never have been attempted. Mira, and Vineeta (The sales staff) in Irvine also misled me and when I asked them why I was in so much pain told me that this was normal and that the surgery went great (lies).

Dental Implant Dr. Patel and staffs are very attentive to all my needs and they pay attention to every detail to make my every visit worth the travel. I have referred two of my friends and even them are happy and satisfied with the outcome.

Dental 2000 provided me great care and service with my teeth. I recently came in for a cleaning, and I had not had my teeth cleaned in awhile. The staff here were able to provide a deep cleaning and whitened my teeth to a level I had not had in at least ten years. Also, I had previously had braces and retainers, and unfortunately I had a cavity that started at the base of the backside of one of my front teeth where a previous dentist had not removed the glue from an area. Nimesh was able to diagnose the problem, and while I needed a crown, he was able to quickly fit me in his schedule to put in a temporary replacement, and then later the long term crown. The crown looks exactly like my other teeth, performs well with apples, and harder foods to eat. It's also perfectly placed around my gum line and easy to clean. My teeth are so much better now, and very grateful to Nimesh and his whole team for their excellent service. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel like a first class customer. The office was also professionally designed, very clean, and the cost of service was reasonable for the Irvine area. I would definitely recommend Nimesh and his team at Dental 2000.

I had major surgery that had to pull all of my teeth and put in 10 implants and I have to say they are the very best!!! Dr Patel hands are very surgical also Jose and staff are awesome and friendly I highly recommend them to anyone I've already referred 2 people to them.
