I had a tooth extraction done at Dental Pacifica, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, caring, and truly compassionate. The procedure itself went smoothly, and they made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about their patients' well-being -- not just physically, but emotionally too. If you're looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with a gentle, human touch, I highly recommend Dental Pacifica. They made a potentially stressful experience feel manageable and reassuring. I am so grateful for the entire staff, they are all so sweet.

I've been a patient of Dr. Vu for several years now. Her office plan has allowed me to receive bi-annual teeth cleanings on a part-time wage without breaking the bank. I've also received a gum graft through her clinic that has healed nicely. Dr. Vu's office always looks spotlessly clean and well-lit, her employees are competent and polite, and Dr. Vu herself has always taken the time to answer all of my questions and concerns with patience and respect. I'm always comfortable during my cleanings and I have not had any problems or complications resulting from the care I've received at her clinic.

Dr. Vu is amazing! I used to dread going to the dentist but she makes it less scary. She's very gentle and efficient. Also you can watch Netflix while she's performing the procedures. I usually request for nature documentaries since it is relaxing. She's also very kind and explains the price breakdown of what the insurance covers so you can make informed decisions. Love her! The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

I usually hate going to the dentist but Dr. Vu is phenomenal. She's SUPER gentle, thoughtful and always asks if you need to take a break in between sessions. She knows that I always have a hard time keeping my jaw open and she often offer mouth bite guard thing which helps. Dr. Vu's recommendations are quite conservative to help you keep all your teeth for a long time--unlike 99% of dentists I've had in the past that want to redo fillings and pull out teeth every chance they have. NOT HERE THOUGH. I've recommended a lot of my friends and family members to go here and they all love coming here.

Highly, highly recommend Dr Vu for all your dental needs. I went to her after having been diagnosed with a mouth full of potential fills, implants, and root canals by a different dental practice in O.C. Dr. Vu rendered her separate opinions at the initial meeting, and also retook 8 images since my old dentist had them captured blurry. It turned out that I didn't need all those works, but rather 2 extractions of my wisdom teeth, and 2 fills/possible root canals, which she thoroughly explained to me why I'd have to have them done eventually. My husband went in for a consult and her specialist forgot to disclose that he was not in our network. We did not have to pay for that charge. Having been to a few dental practices in OC, I can say that she's probably one of the last few trustworthy dentists left with also a very good hand.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Vu several months ago, and I'm so glad I found her. Dr Vu performed the cleaning herself, which felt by far the best one I had so far. I really appreciated how hands on she is about everything, from showing what was going on with my teeth to breaking down costs and explaining options - straight forward, extremely professional and friendly. She took care of a cavity that was deep enough to potentially need a root canal in the future. She warned me about possible pain/discomfort afterwards. Because I suffered for years with chronic tooth pain in the past due to ill fitted crowns, I was apprehensive. To my surprise I did not feel a thing afterwards, just as if no work was done on the tooth! Very gentle hands, so far the best dental office experience I ever had.
