The doctors are exceptionally skilled, gentle, and honest — always taking time to explain each procedure and make sure you understand your options. The hygienists and front‑office staff are equally outstanding — friendly, organized, and on top of every detail, from scheduling to insurance. Dr. Dinh is the best - I highly recommend coming here. I've been searching for a reliable, trustworthy and skilled dentist since I have moved here. There is nothing better than finding a dentist you can trust to have your best interests in mind. Everyone in the office is also very kind and friendly.

I agree with all previous bad reviews stating that Jessica at the front desk is rude with a bad attitude on the phone and they don't seem like they are appreciative of your business. Looks like they are pretty short staffed and they can't handle their patience flow. I called & sent my records & they offered me an appointment. But for some reason that don't EVER answer the phones, texts or reply to emails. I was offered the appointment 3 weeks prior. Then today I go into the office in person just to say, yes I would like the appointment & don't grasp why you don't return calls, texts or emails. She was rude & said "so do you really still want an appointment then". I said yes please, I need a cleaning. She said we have your email & will reach out. 20 minutes later the Dr lies & sends an email claiming they are not taking new patients. Great job dishonest a-hole, your pathetic receptionist makes the error & then you lie to me while wasting a month that I could've found a real dentist.

I visited the office for the first time today to establish care and to get dental cleaning. Jenny, the dental hygienist , was thorough and paid especially attention to detail. She did an excellent job. Dr. Dinh is knowledgeable and spent a significant amount of time examining my imaging and teeth and outlining recommendations. I'll be sure to come back here and strongly recommend.

Very pleased with my experience at this practice. Wonderful hygienist who provides true quality of care- gentle with attention to detail (eases all anxiety and constantly checks in during cleaning). Front staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Dinh is experienced and kind. Overall highly recommend this office if you are in search of an excellent dentist!!

Whether it's Pre-Covid or Post-Covid, Dentistry Bliss runs a top notch practice and I would say one of the best (if not the best) Dental practice in Irvine. Everyone is extremely professional / courteous and downright just good people. Dr. Andy and his entire friendly staff were excellent from beginning to end. I chipped a tooth a few days ago and called Dentistry Bliss for an appointment and they were able to get me in very quickly. My appointment was 8:30am and arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. From the minute I walked in to checking in, everything was very smooth and seamless. Front Desk greeted me with a very warm smile and the lobby decor was very clean and inviting and they even provide refreshments like coffee in case the wait is a little longer than expected. Front desk staff was able to check me in very quickly and I was then greeted by a dental assistant that took an x-ray for the chipped tooth. The dental assistant was very professional and extremely polite. I have an EXTREMELY low tolerance for pain and I dread going to the dentist. I think she was able to pick up on that and she tried to make me feel more at ease with light conversation. Very thoughtful of her! Shortly after, Dr. Andy walked in. He made sure I was always comfortable and made sure I was never in any pain. He asked me several times if I was ok and comfortable and I gave him the thumbs up each time. He explained everything to me and I never once felt like I didn't know what was going to happen. I received a temporary crown today and I will go back in 3 weeks for the permanent crown. I don't think anyone really looks forward to going to the dentist. Most of the time, when I'm on the dentist chair, my hands are clutched tightly near my chest bracing myself for a sharp pain. However, I did not feel any unexpected unusual pain during my entire visit and overall this was probably one of the best dentist visit I've ever had in my 53 years. I'm hoping my teeth hold up and I don't have to go to the Dentist office too frequently in the future, but if I do, I'm going to Dentistry Bliss and Dr. Andy for all my dental needs.
