Recently moved to the area. Generally very disappointed with the service here. From the start I was low key mocked for having some dog hair on my sweater. Whatever, I can let that go. I admitted that I hadn't been good about flossing. They proceeded to tell me a host of problems with my teeth and about $3k worth of dental work (OOP $1.5k) was necessary. This was only after asking "how old I was" and that "I was too young to be experiencing these type of dental issues." Medical providers, especially if patients do indeed need the treatment they claim, should be instilling a sense of confidence in their patients. Assurance that a care plan will help. I left with no such feeling. Rather like I had been reprimanded like a 5 year old. I went to another dentist who was honest with me, but put together a realistic treatment plan that would work. Maybe I should have lint rolled my sweater more before I came in.

Be careful, don’t be ripped as they are more interested in their earnings than what’s really needed to be done. Always get a second opinion. I got a much more reasonable treatment plan elsewhere.

I’ve been to a lot of dentists, East Coast/West Coast/internationally, doesn’t matter. Shawn Loo and his crew are hands down the best team I’ve gone to. Top notch service, top-of-the-line root canal specialist connections and just straight up real good no BS work. Stop shopping around, this is your new dentist.

Excellent staff they are welcoming kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Loo is the best dentist I’ve had by far. Dr. McCloud is also extremely good. I’d recommend this practice to everyone looking for a great dentist!!!
