The office manager, Cindy Dickie, is very unresponsive after several attempts at getting to speak with her about Dr. Eleonore Zetrenne's practice. I waited almost 2 hours in the waiting room. I witnessed the staff telling a patient to hang up and for a while after she hung up they continued to make fun of her after she hung up. They said she had too many questions and to be sure to get callers off the line. There were 3 other patients in the waiting area to hear this! A patient's family member was also there. They left immediately.

Dr. Zetrenne is an extremely gifted surgeon. What she did for me was art, not reconstructive surgery. I am over the moon with my results. Dr. Z’s office staff is also very caring and worked hard to accommodate my scheduling requests. This is an excellently run office. Dr. Z and her staff are delightful.

If you're looking for a great surgeon, go to Dr Z! Almost three years ago, I was attacked by a dog and was rushed to the ER where I received over 70 stitches to my bottom lip/face by Dr. Z. 6 months later, Dr. Z performed a fat graft procedure to instill fat from my flanks to my lips. I had a total of 3 fat grafts all done by Dr. Z within a year and a half and the results are incredible! Not only was I given the chance to restore my lips/face, but I received a tremendous amount of encouragement and support from Dr. Z. She is the kindest surgeon I know and she perfects her work. I'm currently in the process of receiving IPL and Resurfix treatments to fade my scar by Teresa at Signature Plastic Surgery. Thank you Dr. Z, Teresa, and the staff at Signature Plastic Surgery for everything you have done to reconstruct my face! I am so thankful!

Dr Z is an incredible caring surgeon! I did a flap surgery in 2015 and then reconstruction this year. Her loving and caring disposition made things so much easier for me and she always seemed to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Dr Z gave me my confidence back and I can't thank her and the office staff enough!

Dr. Zetrenne helped me regain my sense of femininity and confidence. At the age of 63 and over 5 years of dealing with numerous failed attempts of breast reconstruction I was ready to throw in the towel. We all have our stories mine had many twists and turns and by the time I had reached Dr. Zetrenne she had her work cut out for her. On my original consult I was in a very low emotional state. I had just had my implant removed due to an infection, which I had battled for over 3 months. I was a very challenging client both in my mental state and the physical history of infection, radiated skin, very thin skin, and history of necrosis after the original mastectomy. My previous surgeon was wise enough to know my current condition required Dr. Zetrenne's expertise which I will be forever grateful for. Dr. Zetrenne took control from the moment I met her I could see she had a tremendous amount of confidence. She took the time to show me the hundreds of successful outcomes she has had over the years. Her confidence, skill set and unbelievable after care was beyond anything I have ever experienced. Mallory (her back office nurse) held my hand through every appointment and gave me all the reassurance I needed every step of the way. Charice always greeted me with authentic kindness and warmth. I am glad to report that my breast has never looked or felt better, something that I had come close to giving up on. Dr. Zetrenne is an amazing person and surgeon. I spent so many appointments in her office as she was my sister's doctor during her breast cancer surgical treatment and subsequent reconstruction process. She makes you feel like family and stands by you during the most difficult times. Following my sister's treatment and her three surgeries from double mastectomy to full reconstruction at 49, Dr. Z was aware of my own breast surgery history from a congenital issue and surgery at 19. I was long overdue for a follow-up surgery to re-correct and clean-up from mastoplexy and augmentation so many years prior. Dr. Z held me accountable to my health and held my heart and hand until I received my surgery from her in early August. She asked me to trust her with decisions of my reconstruction once in surgery and I knew without a doubt that I had nothing to fear. I had spent two years prior watching her care for my sister (I never missed an appointment because that's what sisters do) and I knew in my heart she cared for my family as well. Dr. Z is extremely intelligent, well-versed in her medical treatment, and one of the most honest practitioners you will ever meet. Anything to the contrary is an absolute abuse of this type of rating system. Last week, I was moved to tears in her office for a level of kindness she showed me and I never heard a word about from her or her staff. I discovered it through careful reading of my insurance company's mail correspondence. Dr. Z took care of me in an emotionally difficult time of facing this second surgery that I was afraid of for so long and did so with a beautiful confidence that afforded me a perfect healing and recovery. She is meticulous in her methods and dedicated to the best outcome for her patients. Saying I am grateful will never be enough. Her staff is equally dedicated to their patients and I am so thankful for the times they made me laugh when my body was healing and my spirit needed a boost.
