I went to his clinic to do the teeth cleaning. They recommended me to do teeth irrigation and fluoride treatment, which I had to pay extra $133 to cover the cost. After that, I didn't feel the treatment is helpful. Therefore, 6 months later during the next visit, I requested not to do it. Dr. Scott was not happy. He then did some work in my teeth about 10 min and told me cleaning was done. I was surprised that the teeth cleaning only took 10 min? when I asked him, he answered "what do you think I was just doing? You don't know I can do anything?" This is the time I decided to get away from this horrible place. Dr. Scott is unprofessional and tried to make money as much as possible from patient. I would never to go to this dental clinics. The front desk lady was also very rude.

1 star for NOT offering a crown that HMO insurance will cover. According to my Blue of CA HMO insurance, I should only pay a copay of $350 for procedure code of D2740 (all porcelain ceramic crown). I was quoted $1205.00 copay instead of a $350 copay and they will NOT honor the contractual provider rate of $350 copay because they only offer this Cerecfired crown made in house. Blue Cross customer service even called their office to see if the patient can receive the standard all porcelain ceramic crown covered under the $350 copay and they said NO. My cleaning was not very thorough or detailed as in the past from other providers. Only ultrasonic was used quickly and the metal scraping tool was never used to clean more thoroughly areas missed by ultrasonic. 3 stars for clean office, new technology, easy x rays
