Eunice U. Lee's Online Review Report Card

I went in for the first time for my yearly visit. Front Office staff is slow in many ways. No personality and dry. I guess this comes from the top. Her nurse was the best thing about this visit. Office is old and slightly dirtier than I'd expect for an office in Irvine. At one point, there is a wooden board holding something up. I was also a bit nosey and the way she had her tools and supplies stored where somewhat disgusting. All piled up in a drawer. It was so bad that when they left me alone in there, I took pictures to show my sister. I wish I could post them here but alas I cannot.I am Perimenopause and am starting to get some major symptoms. I thought because she was a little older she would understand my ordeal. She told me that she wouldn't order hormone tests because they didn't tell her much and that I should just take more calcium. She pretty much shooed me off like an annoying fly. When I left, they charged me $50 because I had asked her questions!!! You heard that right. I called my insurance company and asked if this was correct. They said doctors can do this but most don't. Finally, my test results came back for my blood test. Her nurse called me and said everything was ok and if I have any questions to talk to my primary. Everything wasn't ok. My sugar and cholesterol was very high and abnormal count in my liver. I had gone in to look at my test results myself and asked her why she didn't mention this and she told me that I just need to talk to my primary.. What a waste of my time and money.

I didn't even set foot into this office before having to ask my PCP to refer me to another doctor. I just needed to do an annual check up, but it's impossible to get anything done with this office staff. I had to call a total of 4 times just to be able to make an appointment, because every time I called, I had no chance to speak before being put on hold for over 30 minutes. When they finally pick up, they speak really fast and give the impression they just want to say whatever they need to say and get it over with. Rude and disrespectful for patients calling in.

I haven't been to a gynecologist in a few years (besides PP) and have been nervous to get a pap. Dr. Lee made me feel comfortable and answered all of the questions that I had. She recommended things I need to change in my lifestyle and helped me with my birth control. I am happy that I found her! Thank you!

I just want to give a shout out to Nailoni in this doctors office. I had special circumstances and I needed my medical records fast! She got them to me in one day! She is such a superstar. Thank you Nailoni. You are efficient and super sweet!

I have started going to Dr Lee after jumping from Dr to Dr. No one could explain to me my condition with just it happens and it's common. Dr Lee was able to tell me my condition without me telling her what other Drs have told me in the past. She explained to me the possible scenarios of treatments available. She recommended pelvic floor therapy with medication. I have improved and would recommend her anytime for complex female condition

One of the worst doctors I have ever been to. Be prepared for the wait time! The wait is so long even when there's not another customer waiting. If your appointment is at a certain hour you probably won't be seen until 30-45 minutes after your appointment time. Dr. Lee is not considered a very approachable physician. It is hard to talk to her or ask her questions. During my visit, her head was mostly buried in her laptop or staring off somewhere else. I didn't feel I could have a one on one conversation or was even able to connect with Dr. Lee in any way. She isn't open to answering questions and directed me to make another appointment for any of my questions or concerns. I was referred by my family physician, yet, she wasn't willing to help me out in any way. I would never recommend my family or friends to go here. Horrible practice with a terrible and unconnected physician.

This is the same as my Google review, but it applies here: Dr. Lee is the best doctor I've ever had. She is caring, thorough, kind, and amazing, is my go-to for everything, and really takes care of her patients in a comprehensive way (she really is like my primary care doctor, although I am lucky enough to have a fabulous one). Dr. Lee caught my ovarian cyst when no other doctors ever asked about any of my symptoms. She wants to make sure to cover all bases and make sure her clients are truly healthy in every respect, and she is really my all-time favorite doctor!

The New office address is:4950 Barranca #204Irvine, CaDr. Lee has been my OB/GYN for the past several years. She is thorough, knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Lee spends time with me to discuss my exams in detail when the need arises. The results of one exam were abnormal, and she calmly informed me that a different type of exam should be performed for a more conclusive result and to rule out cancer. It wasn't absolutely necessary, but she wanted to make sure everything was OK, and this test concluded that I did not have cancer. She also has been very helpful with recommendations and/or referrals to other practitioners regarding non GYN issues.She remembers, cares and asks about my family, and is a wonderful physician.

Dr. Eunice Lee has been my gynecologist for the past year and has helped me to treat several complicated symptoms. I had seen other doctors for these issues in the past and had not been able to find a solution until seeing Dr. Lee. She was always patient with me, even returning my calls in the evenings and weekends when I was experiencing distressing symptoms. She seemed to be very thorough and willing to work with me to find solutions and has a calm and straightforward demeanor. She performed my surgery and both she and her office were helpful in preparing me for the procedure. I have always found her exams to be gentle and she has taken the time to answer any questions from me and work with me to find solutions. In fact, this was one of the reasons why I found her to be a good fit for me; she took the time to answer my questions even in my first exam with her, which is not what I had experienced with other doctors in the past. Because she performed my surgery related to these issues, I found out that she has limited office days to accommodate her surgery schedule. However, she made time in her schedule to accommodate my more urgent appointments. I would recommend her to any family or friends without hesitation.

This doctor doesn't have any IDEA what she's doing!!! She can't read completely from IMR record about my cyst! She can't explain to me examination procedures. I don't know what she's doing when she did paps to me and it was really paintful! Worse ever!! I really never recommend at all this doctor!!! Definitely Just waste the money!!!
