Front desk was fine, nothing too bad. The bad part was waiting an hour since I checked in and I had to make a copayment for trash service that only took 10 minutes to complete, but took 30 minutes of sitting g there waiting inside. The doctors and nurses have such a nasty attitude it’s obvious that you’re an inconvenience to them when you talk to them. They truly do not care about who comes in and out. I asked for a doctors note and she gave me the nastiest attitude asking how many days I need it for. Wouldn’t the doctor know how many recommended days I would need off? Do not waste your time here. Their care is similar to how they would treat someone in the streets. No respect, no care, no empathy. Everything a clinic needs, they lack.

My sone went to the Exer Urgent care on campus drive in summer , 2025 for an athlete clearance physical checkup. The workers over there including the front desk are all friendly and helping. We really had a nice experience and will recommend Exer Urgent care to the community.

I had a great experience at urgent care yesterday—everything was quick, efficient, and professional. The staff was kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the nurses were incredibly attentive. The doctor was amazing, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy within the hour, which made the whole process seamless. I truly appreciated the care and efficiency!

They got me in & out fast, but the MA and PA were very rude and made me feel super rushed. The MA also kept interrupting me and talking to me like I was stupid. The PA came in and asked the same questions as the MA asked me, and she almost prescribed me something I was allergic to. I definitely will not be back.

I visited this urgent care yesterday with my 7-year-old daughter, who had a high fever of 103°F. The clinic itself had a calm and quiet environment, and the PA was kind during the exam. She diagnosed my daughter with the flu and an ear infection, and her fever was still high at the time. They gave her additional pain medication and told us a prescription for antibiotics would be sent to our pharmacy (CVS). However, when I went to the pharmacy an hour later, they said no prescription had been sent. By then, the urgent care had closed for the day, and there was no contact number or email available for after-hours support. My daughter remained in pain all night without the medication she urgently needed. As a mother, it was incredibly stressful and disappointing to not be able to help her when she needed it most. I hope the clinic improves its communication and ensures that critical prescriptions are properly sent before closing, especially when it comes to treating young children.

I really appreciated your intake nurse bringing a warm blanket for my son. Extremely clean and spacious clinic. All the staff was courteous and wait times were manageable. Love the electronic checkin and registration. Will highly recommend and will definitely come back.

A pleasant urgent care experience. Staff was kind and attentive, particularly PA Mahsa and nurse Jasmine. Dropped in on a Saturday for a broken bone, not much of a wait. Got the treatment needed. Radiology follow-up call re: x-ray was within an hour of the visit.
