We really loved our first session with Dr. Kaing. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very reassuring, which helped us feel comfortable right away. We’re looking forward to continuing this journey with her.

Dr. Lin and the nurses were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and patient — they explained each step in detail and answered all my questions with care. The front desk staff were always welcoming and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I wish I had the words to fully express how grateful my husband and I are for Dr. Lin and the entire staff at FCOC. I can confidently say that Dr. Lin is the best medical provider I've ever had. He delivers a thoughtful, individualized approach, and is sure to fully understand your family goals before developing your protocol. It's evident that he and his staff work hard to be punctual but never make you feel rushed. He patiently answers all your questions and makes sure to be clear in his explanations. I often describe our interactions with Dr. Lin as feeling like we're the only ones in the office (but very much knowing he's bouncing from room to procedure to his office to call his patients personally). As a medical provider myself, I'm so impressed and inspired by his compassion, patience, and skill. Because of Dr. Lin, my husband and I are thrilled to welcome our baby girl next spring. We thank God every day for the gift Dr. Lin was to us in our journey to parenthood, and we could not recommend him more.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lin and his office. First, the office is very well organized and efficient. They work incredibly well with insurance and make it as hassle free for patients as possible. This is a huge strength of the office and noticeably different from other providers in my experience. Second, Dr. Lin is highly accomplished and the staff are kind and professional. Dr. Lin used a different mix of medications than a previous doctor did, and it resulted in a far better outcome. Dr. Lin is on top of the latest advancements in the field, and in my case, each stage of the process was more successful. (We had three normal embryos vs. zero elsewhere, and we had a baby this year.) My only tip is not to order all of your medication at once, especially if you use a next-day service like Alto Pharmacy. We ended up with more than 1k in leftover medication. I highly recommend Dr. Lin (and Dr. Kaing) and their amazing office for all patients and especially if you have any insurance coverage.

The initial consultation with the doctor was great. I was able to ask a lot of questions and get helpful answers, which gave me some clarity and reassurance. It made me feel hopeful at the start. Fertility treatment isn’t like catching a cold—it’s a long, emotional, and often overwhelming journey. While the staff were kind and gentle at first, the experience gradually felt more robotic. Care was based more on staff availability than a clear, consistent plan. It was difficult to reach nurses or doctors, and billing was often unclear—I usually found out about charges only after they were billed. I ended up spending a lot throughout the process, but the support and attention didn’t reflect that. I truly wish there had been more compassion, consistency, and personalized care along the way.

After years of trying to have a child, Dr. Lin made our parenting dreams come true. We are so blessed to be pregnant now with our first child all because of IVF and Dr. Lin's efforts. We thank him, his staff, and all of the nurses at FCOC for all that they did!

Incredibly long overdue review as my kids are now 10 and 4. There is no better Dr or clinic. Dr Lin is a patient, kind, brilliant doctor who provides honesty and transparency through the process. I'm not an easy patient and he listened and guided me through providing me options without judgement. I always felt heard, supported and valued as a person. Whatever the wait to have him as your doctor, it's worth it.
