During my first visit for a dental cleaning, the hygienist was incredibly patient and provided a detailed explanation of my dental health. I felt so impressed that I thought I had finally found a professional I could trust for the long term. However, my subsequent two experiences have been quite confusing and disappointing. During this third visit, there was zero communication throughout the entire cleaning process. The hygienist didn't provide any feedback or updates regarding the condition of my teeth. While I understand that healthcare professionals can be busy or tired, the consistency of professional service and basic respect for patients should not be compromised. This experience has left me reconsidering whether I should look for a new clinic. Fortunately, the doctor’s follow-up examination remained professional, which was the only saving grace of the visit.

I had a severely infected tooth that required extraction. Dr. Chang, the dentist, was excellent. The process was quick and painless. I have no complaints and overall, the service was great.

I have had some very difficult issues from childhood and am an extremely nervous patient. This group is fantastic. They are kind, caring, and very aware of all the new technology. They explained everything and put me at ease. They are the best!

Dr.Chang is very patient to explain the whole implant process. . The specialist is very professional and Polite. The whole implant process took about 30 minutes.

Nurse is friendly, dentist clearly explained the root causes and suggested options forward. Facility/ instrument, everything are very professional.

Dr Alexander Chang is a word-class dentist and the only one in SoCal that could help a very difficult case of former olympic athlete dental trauma, with multiple teeth broken/missing etc. and give him back functionality and smile. After seeing technically the most experienced dentists across LA and OC only to be told the case is above their professional competence, Dr Alex took care of me in a way that made his much older peers look like his students who skipped homework for too long. Dr Alex, thank you! and I seriously encourage you to consider an academic career as well as your much needed practice that you bless your community with! Amitābha!
