I have had my previous doctor with Kaiser for approximately 15 years, and I never felt a close connection with him. The final draw was when I had blood work done he didn’t reply to my messages to advise me if there was any abnormalities in my results and to please explain to me the results. Year later I found that there was something worth telling me about and as a result it had gotten worse. I only found out because I had changed doctors. Dr. Balguma ordered blood work to be done and contacted me and provided me with a detailed written explanation of what I need to be concerned with my results. We are currently now working together on how to improve my health. Dr. Balguma showed me he cared and listened to my concerns. I wish I would’ve had him sooner and maybe now I would’ve not been dealing with my current medical condition.

He was comprehensive in his evaluation. He listened to my complaints and made a referral to an orthopedic doctor very quickly. He has an excellent bedside manner and I highly recommend him.

He's WAS a decent Dr., until he vanished from the face of the Earth without so much as a single word to anyone.. Plus he prescribed me a medication that has severe weight gaining side effects - without ever telling me this. Pretty disgusting.

Doctor Balguma is the best doctor I have ever had. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and professional, he has a wonderful and warm personality. Thats rare these days. I was extremely disheartened when I called to make an appointment only to find out that he is no longer practicing medicine, is what I was told. I've tried to look up his number and see if he is working someplace else but that doesn't seem to be the case. feels like he up and vanished. I never even got a chance to thank him for taking such good care of me. Sigh..........now what?. Jannna

Easy check in. Short wait. Dr was very personable and understanding. Great first visit. Being big makes it always scary going to a doctor and seeking help. This doctor made me feel like a friend who genuinely cares about my health. I feel like I will do good here.
