Daughter, 17, went in with an injury on her foot. She was told by doctor that she needed to wear a boot for 3 weeks. She was given permission for temporary Handicap parking and was told to stay off it as much as possible. It took them 3 days to even send in the paperwork to my insurance to get the boot approved. They did it on a Friday. So my daughter had to go to school and walk around on an injured foot for 3 days. My insurance put it through immediately once they got the paperwork, so she could have had it the day of her appointment. Then, the admin in the front gave her 4 days off from work. She works in Starbucks. They doctor said no work for the 3 weeks she is on the boot. The note was from the day of the appointment, so it expired before she even go the boot. I am so disappointed with this team.

I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. I had a foot surgery in October of 2019 and almost there years later my foot is still swollen and hurts. I was never given any pain meds afterwards and I was crying of pain nonstop. I did everything I was told to do; numerous sessions of physical therapy, walking, bone stimulator twice a day for six months but there still a gap and bones did not fuse. The metal plates touch my skin as if a sharp knife is running underneath my skin. My foot is bigger than the other foot which means I have to get a larger size in shoes and as a result the shoes never feel comfortable and I don't feel balanced in my feet. I truly suggest thinking long and doing a thorough research before you select a doctor for surgery.Good luck.

Dr. Kolodenker is a great doctor. The entire experience was fabulous from beginning to end. Got there early and they had me fill out some paperwork and took me right back. Dr. Kolodenker was prepared for my particular injury and was very clear in my treatment plan. He is outstanding in every way and I recommend him with the highest regard.

Excellent and efficient service (the hallmarks of a supremely bright and hardworking staff). As many have mentioned, the owner is a very nice man. He has a natural way of making people feel at ease and cared for. The place itself is very clean to the point of artistic idealism. Its atmosphere is somehow both energetic and relaxing, just like a shipwreck before it sinks to the bottom of the ocean. I’ve sworn my loyalty to Gennady Kolodenker, DPM and I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. You don’t even have to wear shoes here. This is the best restaurant in the world.

He was very helpful in answering any and all questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone .

Dr. Kolondenker is one of the beat surgeons around. His front office needs to answer phones. I hate getting the exchange service Everytime I call.

Fantastic! Efficiently ran office, the Dr is so kind and patient. My kids are athletes and have had several bad sprains, painful achilis tendinitis, I've have nerve issues with my feet and my husband has plantar fascitis and we've all gone to Dr Kolodenker. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I've only seen Dr. Kolondeker twice but the second time he only spent exactly 2 minutes with me and I had to pay $180.00. I have been in so much pain for so long with my plantar fasciitis that I thought I would have time to explain in detail what I'm feeling but he was in a hurry to be done with me. He basically said to stretch and massage my foot and heel and the pain will go away. I stretch daily but no improvement. I purchased the inserts he recommended but they cause more pain. I don't want to go back to see him because I know he will be in a hurry again and I don't want to throw another $180.00 out the window. I will be searching for another doctor and hopefully that doctor will take the time to listen to my issues and actually help me heal.

This doctor is an associate in the same Podiatry specialists group of doctors as the doctor who previously worked on my son's feet, Dr. Cohen. The former one wasn't available so I booked with this doc as we already had a very positive outcome with the former doc from this group and office.This doctor had a very professional demeanor, without being uptight, was nonchalant about me being grossed-out over the actual procedure of my son's ingrown toenails (I really didn't mean to look, but I regret I did). He was exceptionally efficient and did those nasty pain-numbing shots very quickly. The procedure was about 30 minutes total, including the numbing shot and time it took to actually numb it up. Post-surgery, even with the medicine wearing off now, my son is in less pain and super happy with his results so far. He had an infected ingrown toenail on both sides of each big toenail and he had all four ingrown corners of the toenails cut out of the skin, removed, and an acid placed on those areas of the toenail bed so it will prevent that portion of the toenail from growing again. This is considered a permanent solution for most repeated ingrown toenail issues. I will post before-and-after photos of his toes once they have healed. This takes approximately two weeks.The charges for this procedure were competitively priced for a "cash-pay" client, efficient doctor, very simple directive from doctor for post-care, office staff was very organized and accommodating as we booked this emergency appointment just a couple hours before the appointment and our appt was at the end of his work day. He handled the late last-minute appointment with the same amount of courtesy as if we were his 8am patient. Bravo.
