tried getting access to the web portal for 2 weeks, no reply. Doctor never called me for a phone consultation that's schedule. never even tried to reschedule. just completely dropped the ball. tried calling them 3 times, no one picked up If you have anything serious or urgent or want a copy of your records. don't use this place.

Went in for regular check up after 2 1/2 yrs?? didn’t realize it had been that long. Dr and staff are very professional and caring as always and helping me to get back on track with my healthcare.

Women 2 Women's Dr. Bhatnagar is a straight to the point, proactive Physician with understanding and compassion, always having her patients best interest at hand. This Physician unlike many, will seek out your best method of treatment with the best outcome with simplicity, yet very thorough. I am happy to be a patient for the 4+yrs and by the grace of God, will continue with Women 2 Women. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and respectful.

Had a lil late arrival due to some traffic and trouble setting up the pre-registration online but was treated kindly and was able to finally get the technical difficulties with the registration online in the parking lot below her office and was seen immediately after that. Very cool of Dr. Bhatnagar to be able to make time for me. It was very comforting to be in the care of an understanding doctor. I feel like she cares about me as a patient and my symptoms and is very knowledgeable and willing to work with me and figure out something good for me to resolve my symptoms and keep my body healthy. I'll recommend her to anyone in need of a good doctor for your female reproductive needs. Thank you so much Dr. Bhatnagar I appreciate you and the good work you do for women like me ?

I'd leave a 0 star if I could. I'm pregnant and in the middle of my pregnancy I'm feeling forced to change my obgyn because of how bad was my eperince with Dr. Bhatnagar and all of her staff. They are rude, secretary and nurse do not speak good English. They trick you in charging you for prenatal visits and they try to make everything hard for you. For example, I had an ultrasound done and they did not want to share my results on the portal. I could not go there because I was in bed rest due to a bleeding and asked my husband to pick it up for me, when he got there they refused to give it to him and I had to call the office again and the girl pretended she did not understand his request and finally gave him the results. Not only that, the doctor has THE WORST BEDSIDE MANNERS and also NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE at all!!! She does not go over the results with you, I felt like I needed c constantly to be checking on google to know what was going on with my results and then ask her and then she would say,... oh yea, this was low... oh yeah this is out of range... I had a bleeding after 2 days of fever with covid and she told me over the phone that I had miscarriage for sure and that I should go to the nearest hospital to do a D & C, I panicked and cried so hard, once I got there the baby WAS FINE! she could have said that I should go to an emergency room due to protocol and have myself checked. After I called her and she said "How a pregnant woman let herself get COVID" well, I got mute but I should have said, well, we are in a pandemic! She did not want me to take back to the office, ev en tho I continued have bleeding for 3 weeks and more than 2 weeks had passed since my symptoms. There are so many many stories that I could say here but I think should give you some idea. She is just money oriented and does not care about patients at all! Do yourself a favor and don't go to her office! It will be a terrible experience! I should have looked at these reviews first before looking at the convenience of been the only OBGYN near me.
