Smh... doctor prescribed a medication I'm allergic to and now it's after office hours. Answering service said they can't help me. So, why have an answering service? And why have us fill out intake forms if no one is going to read them??

Dr. Balaker is professional, but very relatable. It was a very busy Friday when I visited the waiting room was hectic. Once I entered the hall for exam rooms it was calm and quiet which was a nice surprise!

I had a phone appointment on Friday at 3:45PM. The medical assistant did not call me until 4:55PM. I missed the call by that time, but she left a voicemail apologizing that they took so long to call me. She asked me to call her back or she would call me on Monday. I called back at 5:01PM and the third party answering service picked up saying they were gone for the day. I call back today to address the issue and the scheduler said the medical assistant marked my appointment as complete for Friday. I let her know I never spoke to anyone and she said she would call me on Monday per the voicemail. The scheduler checked and the medical assistant is off today. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

Wait time for appointment was more than 30 minutes, but Front office staff and Dr. Mundi were great, as usual efficient and professional.

I was able to get an appointment fast. The doctor, audiologist, and office staff were friendly and informative. All of my questions were answered with a clear explanation. I highly recommend Head & Neck Associates of Orange County.
