Very busy most out of all Hoag Irvine urgent cares but it’s the closest to my home. Staff is quick efficient and nice.

Hoag Urgent Care in Woodbury offers excellent care. The front office is always very personable and helpful. The doctors take their time to make sure that you understand their procedures and answer any related questions. I have been going to this urgent care also to see my primary care physician who works there for over 5 years.

I have been visiting this location since I moved to Irvine. However my sister got two doses of varicella immunization vaccine there their system only showing the 2nd dose the record of the first dose is missing. The school requires an official record for both dose in order for her to go to school. I visited and call many times to try to solve issue. The front desk’s attitude is really bad and give me different answers each time. And said”I don’t know why is missing”” that’s between you and your school”. I don’t know why I got treat like this. For a missing record. Isn’t that a system fault? I’m very disappointed. I love the doctors there really helpful. Just don’t know why the front desk is so unfriendly.

This clinic is absolutely and  highly recommended. Very polite and courteous staff. I visited the clinic for a refill of my maintenance coz my doctor is not around so I wasnt able to get my prescription and so I run out of supply. Easily they accommodated me and that made so happy.

Always fast service.Liked the way it is set up to accommodate current covid situation. No physical paperwork at all. Instructions are very clear

Worst Ever Urgent Care to go We went to the urgent care a few years ago due to my sons belly pain and Dr. Robert Chang told us it was appendicitis and asked us to go to Emergency room. We went to emergency room and was told that it was only stomach flu and we paid a few thousands dollars for that EM visit.Robert Chang was the worst doctor that we have ever met since he was very impatient with our son and just wanted to get rid of us asap. And worst of all he gave us the absolutely wrong judgement deliberately?.

I have been going to this urgent care since it opened. Even though I moved where I have access to more than five other urgent cares I still come here. The staff is amazing the wait time is short and the doctors are great. It’s nice to have a good experience with medical professionals from their staff to their doctors to just the cleanliness

I went to my provider doctors office at Woodbury Irvine which is also a Hoag Urgent Care asking for meeting with my family doctor. The receptionist told me my doctor is very busy that day but they could arrange me to see any Urgent Care doctor without paying urgent care $80 copay which was zero copay to me. I said I could accept it because my right hand fingers had painful issue at that time. I needed to make sure its not broken bone issue. The Urgent Care arranged me to take XRay exam right away. Then the urgent care doctor showed me photos and theres no problem after he checked the XRay photos. Its not broken bone issue. Doctor wanted me to let my right hand take a rest for few days not to do any backyard works. Theres no need to take any medicine. After few days my fingers returned to normal. I hate pain killer so I didnt ask for pain killer prescription. I love the service from Hoag Urgent Care for me.
