Very professional. My go to when I need to get medical care. The staff enjoys the work they do and it shows. Got in and out fairly quickly connected with my pharmacy and the prescription was ready when I got there. Both thumbs up

After tripping and falling I was pretty sure I broke my nose. My husband needed some preop testing and I remembered there was an Urgent Care nextdoor so while he was getting his tests done I went into the Urgent Care to get checked out. After a very brief wait I was seen. Xrays were taken of my knee which I also banged up pretty bad not broken thank goodness and I was sent nextdoor for a CT scan which confirmed a broken nose. Follow up care with an ENT was arranged and I was sent on my way. The entire thing was quick and easy. They even called in 2 prescriptions that were ready by the time I got home. Apart from some bruising that is healing day by day I feel much better. Now I just need to stop being a klutzBut seriously these guys were great. Thank you so much

The staff were friendly and the service was fast.I had a problem with my skin couple of days so I contacted the dermatologist and cant make appointment with them.And also need to wait about a month or more..So I went to Hoag urgent care after I checked the review and the wait was not long and the staff was very friendly.I felt good about theyre service and care.

Hello I’m writing to compliment Hoag Urgent Care Irvine San Canyon. They all were prompt and courteous and made me feel welcome. The Doctors were spot on attending to my injuries a cut on my calf needing stitches. Thank you.

What a great experience. Easy to checkin and pleasant professional people to take care of you.I had Dr. Eskarous attend to my needs. What a wonderful person and the Dr. Immediately put me a ease. Dr. Eskarous listened carefully to my concerns and then took time to explain what the issue was and what could be done to take care of it.Dr. Eskarous is great.Thank you to all the staff as going to urgent care can be stressful. Everyone at Sand Canyon is cheerful and pleasant.

Very efficiently run for a walk in and the Dr was very good. Gave me prednisone for bad sinus and ear congestion. I’d never been prescribed that before and it cleared it up in a day. Dr usually just give me an antibiotic even if there’s not an actual infection.

I’ve been to Hoag Urgent Care at Sand Canyon twice now. They have been nothing but kind efficient and caring. This is absolutely my preferred urgent care location and I highly recommend them.

Do not go there if you have any Covid symptoms. My son was coughing but have negative test result. They still put us on the car for three hours. We were deprioritize. Most ppl came after us got their service done before us. It was a terrible experience.
