Hoag Urgent Care is was convenient place to get care promptly and special services like xrays. I recommend Hoag because of the knowledgeable staff and the convenience of online appointments.

Im so glad I found this place Clean and great service. All the staff and doctors were great. I was pretty sure my son had a sinus infection but they tested him for COVID anyway. So glad they were covering all the bases. We will definitely be back.

Going to Hoag for a Covid test is like getting the VIP treatment. Their safety protocols are top notch. They check your temperature and vitals first. Then another person comes administers the nose swab in both nostrils. If you tilt your head back close your eyes and hold your breath during the swab it will make it so much easier to endure.

I dont know why yelp has declined to post so many reviews which seem to me to be from legitimate patients like myself so I just have to give a shout out to all the wonderful nurse practitioners and medical assistants who have treated me in the last 3 years when I needed treatment for a UTI a Covid test or TB test for work. There is little to no wait time its clean and the staff is friendly.

If I need to see a doctor its always quicker to go here during a weekday. Much easier than trying to get in to see my doctor. Evenings and weekends can be busy. Its a beautiful quiet facility and all the doctors and nurses are professional and kind. I have good health insurance so payments have always been handled. Hoag is the hospital I would go to if needed and thats great too.

Do to me doing dumb things I have recently visited this location more than anyone really should. From the moment I walk in till the end of the visit everyone truly cares about me. If there is a longer wait they pop in the let me know about how much longer it will be. They offer water when needed as well. I happened upon this Urgent Care facility and by far they are the best.

The staff is so kind here. And efficiency is also a top priority for them. I appreciate the superb care they give and am grateful to be a patient. NP Tammy Wegrzyn is so wonderful.
