Rude and unresponsive front desk.Never recommended

Has their own private rules on coding visits. Particularly it does not matter if your insurance has unlimited Preventative visits, HOAG refuses to code preventative visits as such if it is within 365 of another visit. Outrageous pricing on top of that. Do not come here.

Reminder message said arrive at 9:15. Walked in at 9:17, told I was late, they were short staffed in Mammogram and I needed to reschedule.

Hoag should hire someone more efficient than a senior citizen lady named Maricor. If you hate your job leave. Such a horrible experience. The front office receptionists are mainly the face we see first when we come in and the last face we see when we leave. Maricor represented HOAG in such a poor manner. Upon entering we check in, we fill out paperwork, and she belittles us for signing off on the wrong things when she highlighted the wrong things. You are the person who guides us in what to do and if you give wrong directions what outcome did she expect.? It's already a nerve wrecking feeling coming into a clinic where you are getting an imaging. Hoag please do a better job and have a strict selective with your hirees. Don't hire just anyone. Even if a receptionist job is versatile whether it's a hair salon or medical setting. You should choose someone who does not make the company as a whole look bad. Maricor is a representation to HOAG and failed miserably at making HOAG have such a high righteous stance

Easy fast imaging at the health center

I was referred to this office recently after some suspicious findings on my annual screening mammogram. I went in for one appointment for a diagnostic mammogram and breast ultrasound. Both techs were friendly upbeat and knowledgeable. Its never an easy time going into an appointment knowing youre there because of concerns about cancer but the staff was so warm and friendly.I did end up needing a biopsy. That wasnt great for my anxiety but the nurse assisting was amazing as well I wish I remembered her name For such an awkward procedure she made me feel super comfortable and we chatted it up the whole time
