The staff here at urgent care is excellent. friendly and fast service. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone ! I really appreciated the help and service I recently receive.

I went into Hoag with a migraine. Serena was the doctor that saw me. She was really sweet and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend. The front desk staff was amazing too! :)

I just can't say enough about Hoag Urgent Care... They are so caring! The doctors are absolutely amazing... When you are sick and need help it is assuring knowing you are in good hands. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I went in for a gout flare up, really bad one. To the point I need an X-ray. The Urgent Care got right on it and the staff there sent me to the Emergency room. Where then I need to spend the night for surgery. They got on it right away and took very good care of me. I'm very thankful for the Hoag team that helped me with my medical needs.

Had been congested and hacking for a couple of weeks. Walked in without an appointment and was seen in about 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Place is extremely clean. The physician assistant who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. He took a chest x-ray to make sure I didn't have fluid in my lungs. All clear so he prescribed some antibiotics and I was out the door. I appreciated this clean and convenient clinic. I reccomend if you need a place to go and don't want to wait on your physician to schedule you an appointment in a week or two.

We went on the website to search for an urgent care that's within our network. It gave us all of the Hoag urgent care locations nearby and provided a wait time for each location. You can reserve a spot online and you can fill out all of the registration information online to pretty much make it a contactless checkin. This location is conveniently located right off the freeway and there is plenty of parking reserved and nearby spaces. The facility itself is very clean and has plenty of space for patients to wait and for strollers. Dr. Travis Green helped us out and he was super respectful, radiated so much peace and comfort, he was knowledgeable, and personable. He reassured us that our reasons for concern were soon to be resolved with his suggestions for care. We couldn't be more pleased with this location, practitioners, and their customer service.

I went to this location because I was wheezing, coughing and had a sinus issue. The PA I saw was Serena McLean and she understood my situation and jumped right into helping me. I was concerned I might have pneumonia and they were able to xray my lungs there so we had quick results and answers. She went above and beyond to help me further by contacting a pulmonologist and managed to get me in to see him 3 days later or I would have had to wait 2 months to see him. I was so grateful and fortunate to have had her caring for me that day.

Always courteous and helpful staff. The wait time was short and triage was done quickly. Came In feeling not well. Dr MacCauley and staff took Covid test to satisfy my anxiety. Thank goodness both my husband and I tested negative. Thank you Los Olivos Urgent Care!

Terrible service, i took my mother and they were very rude and condescending. They refused to accept her United healthcare PPO plan because according to them it was an "international" plan. Their demeanor was as if were were a nuisance to them. I explained they showed on the plan as in network and they just grew more upset saying I'd have to pay out of pocket. When asked how much that would be for a sore throat consultation they front desk women couldn't say. The manager specially was very rude. If you're hispanic save yourself es dolor de cabeza y no vengas acá.
