I got into a room early. The Doctor came in shortly after that. She was very friendly and I told her about my issue. Then I saw a nurse He did a procedure that fixed my hearing problem. He was very skilled and very friendly as well.

Dr. Laila, whom that I was seen by, was incredible. She was truly so genuine, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I was terrified before heading in due to never having such painful and scary issues before, making it nerve wracking prior to my appointment. Was desperately hoping to get someone willing to take a real look, run all the tests I can (urine, swab, and blood), and get some medicine. She did all of that and more for me to ensure I could get answers & a resolution. I really couldn't be more grateful. Keep in mind, I did call in and reserve online prior to coming; to see if there was a female doctor in this day.

Dr Laila is the best doctor I've ever had. Not only was she super super attentive, qualified, caring, and knowledgeable, but this was the first time I had urgent care appointment where I didn't leave with a single question left unanswered. My literal superhero. Because I've never dealt with the terrifying and mega painful stuff I'm dealing with currently. She helped me get medicine, draw my blood for tests, and tests for a lot of things I need clarity on. Really grateful and highly recommended.

I really like this urgent care center. They accept Blue Shield of California PPO insurance. You can book an appointment for a specific time directly on their website, just make sure to double-check the address, as they're located in the Los Olivos Plaza. I’ve had to come here quite a few times for different issues, and they’ve always been helpful. They can give injections, do X-rays, and if you need a CT or MRI, they’ll refer you to the right place. A doctor always follows up with a call to discuss your results, which is great. We’ve never received any unexpectedly large bills from them either, the pricing has always been reasonable.
