Dr. Hoffmann delivered exceptional service from the beginning to end and she is absolutely amazing! She was extremely thorough when she explained my test results from the initial hearing assessment which made me understand my hearing loss situation much better. She also took the time to discuss each brand/product indepth with me after she provided hearing aid recommendations. Because of her, I am now using hearing aids that fit my lifestyle and they are so life changing!! The most awesome part was when she reached out to me when she found out there was a newer model coming out and asked if I would like those instead for the same price as the one that I had originally selected. She is truly so sweet and kind. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hoffmann as your Audiologist!

This review is long overdue. I had a need to test my hearing, and wasnt sure who would be a great resource. I found Dr. Hoffmann off of Yelp and we spoke briefly upon scheduling my appointment. Even on the phone, she was patient and shared some initial thoughts on how she would initiate testing. Then upon my appointment, she was so professional and most importantly had such a positive and open demeanor for questions. She explained the test results and helped me try to troubleshoot some of the struggles Id been experiencing. The office was very clean and organized, and the appointment started right on time. Thanks again Dr. Hoffmann.

I had an issue with a family members hearing aid, and Dr. Hoffmann went above and beyond with assisting me, despite us not being a patient of hers. She contacted the hearing aid company and contacted me back, even after it was established I needed to seek out the original business where the hearing aid was obtained/purchased from. Thank you Dr. Hoffmann, for providing excellent service to noncustomers, with what Im certain, even higher level of care to actual customers. Thank you!

Dr. Hoffmann is hands down one of the kindest most pleasant people I have ever met. She was great at explaining everything pertaining to my visit. I will absolutely be recommending her to everyone I know who needs her services.

Dr. Chris did an amazing job. I was so unhappy with my old Hearing Aids and the old Audiology.She took her time, explained me how the Hearing Aids are working and also she did the adjustments on my new Hearing Aids together with me. Also she explained each adjustment step.We run two sessions together and everything is perfect now. Thank you so much.Hearing makes fun again.

Finding a good, knowledgeable audiologist has been a challenge for me. However, I decided to go outside network and found Hoffman Audiology. Dr Hoffman is the best one Ive had thus far and Ive had hearing loss/aids nearly my whole life. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient and really takes the time to listen and explain everything. I certainly recommend her as the 1:1 patient care and attention to detail is exceptional!

Went with a friend to pick up her hearing aids. Dr. Hoffman spent over an hour with her making sure that my friend had the settings she needed onher phone...making sure her hearing was fined tuned to meet her specific needs,making sure she was comfortable taking them out and putting them in...overall making sure she was comfortable with the overall result. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman to anyone with any type of hearing loss or need.
