Although Dr. Hatch was very personable at the beginning, I felt she did not take responsibility for her mistake at the end. Overall, my cycle was a huge disappointment. The office and staff were clearly overwhelmed by the number of patients they were seeing, which significantly impacted the quality of individual care. At one point, I waited over two hours. Before retrieval, I was told I had 17-20 follicles and that I had a great cycle. However, only two eggs were retrieved, and only one developed to the blastocyst stage. After the procedure, Dr. Hatch suggested that I likely have PCOS and said they needed to figure out what was wrong with my body and proceed with another cycle. I later consulted with two other fertility doctors, both of whom said I likely would have had a better outcome if the retrieval had been done on day 12 rather than day 15, as my follicles appeared to have atrophied. This process was a significant financial investment for us, and we paid entirely out of pocket without insurance. I was upset for months because I felt blamed for what was the practitioner's negligence, without any clear explanation from her of actually went wrong. I am now very conflicted about doing another cycle, as the entire experience was deeply traumatizing.

let me tell you I really do not recommend this place. they don't care about you. they just want money. I spent a lot of money for a treatment for my girlfriend here. first they gave us some options and they told us that there were some steps that we might not need i. false they require everything all the highly cost treatment. and I always pay for everything because I do not like surprises. well obviously the treatment was not a success. after all the money I spent. in addition now they want o collect for some laboratory work that it was supposed to be part of the treatment. and if I don't pay they will send me to a collection. so please do not waste your money on this place.

It was one of my worst experiences. My wife and I went to see Dr. Hatch. Everything was going well, we like how we were going to do the process and everything was going well, but after that, everything went wrong. We were going to pay in cash, we weren't going to use insurance. I don't know if it was that or what happened, but when we were already going to the first cycle. when we had to talk to let them know that I was already ovulating and we need let them know , we could never contact them they didn't answer us and we sent messages and nothing and after the cycle passed they answered and we had to start from scratch through, pay for all the medication ,appointments, tests and when we were already through through the same thing they didn't answer and it happened and there we decided not to continue and also after that after two months they charged us balance but we paid each day we go there for anything , but I sent them the payment because I didn't want to know anything more about them and I didn't want them to ruin my wife's credit for that balance So we couldn't pay they didn't answer and went they finally answer they don’t have the information and they told me that they were going to call me and they didn't call back we need call and call ,, until I finally paid them tanks god !!! and I hope to never hear from them again

I had my first appointment with Dr. Hatch and I must say she surpassed my expectations. My husband and I have been TTC for several years ( we have done as much naturally as possible) and Dr. Hatch gave us hope at our appointment. She was informative and made us feel comfortable. We literally opened up to her and she graciously spoke with us with kindness and respect. Not only that but I'm a big believer in speaking into existence and Dr. Hatch was speaking my babies into existence. You want to be heard? Go see Dr. Hatch. Yes, you will have to wait a little longer in the lobby to see the doctor but I'm telling you it's worth it. Dr. Hatch came up with a plan for us and one that didn't direct me straight to IVF. We saw another fertility doctor who basically told us if we don't want IVF he couldn't help us and we had basically no chance without IVF. I appreciate Dr. Hatch and her team for all of their kindness and information. We will be going through with our services here. I'll post again when we are pregnant!

First we went to CCRM and my husband and I did not like the doctor there so we decided to come here. Dr. Hatch is amazing. My husband found her by sorting out by highest successful rate in CDC stats. Not only she is very knowledgeable, but also her energy is amazing. The fertility journey could be challenging but we look forwarded to seeing her every time we had an appointment. Her staffs are amazing especially Andrea and Chloe are my favorite. Andrea is so funny. My husband and I always laugh when we have small talk with Andrea. It made our appointment more joyful. Chloe is the best for taking blood. I am so scared of needles and she really knows and I don’t feel a pinch when she does the blood work. They are always smiling and caring. Now I am 18 weeks pregnant and we are so lucky to have them.

Dr. Hatch is an amazing fertility doctor. I've experienced several other fertility doctors/practices so I have a decent frame of reference. Dr. Hatch runs her practice in a manner that clearly shows that she loves what she does; she brings loads of humanity to the process. She's also more precise with her cycles; she collects as many datapoints as possible through bloodwork and ultrasound (etc.) to adjust her protocol during and after cycles. Many REs are not in tune enough to do this. She's also comfortable being aggressive if medical history supports it. Both she and her assistant Andrea are generous with their time and have a refreshingly balanced bedside manner. The front and back office ladies were also pleasant and great to work with. Dr. Hatch is in demand for a reason - I'd rather bring my laptop/book and prepare for the wait than have an incompetent fertility doctor. Also know that you will receive the same focused attention when in her presence which is the primary reason why the schedule may run behind. The variable nature of fertility cycles means that the calendar and scheduling must be fluid. Fertility cycles are a time consuming process in general so be prepared. What took other doctors years to accomplish, Dr. Hatch accomplished in a few months. Dr. Hatch's "graduation" gift is very thoughtful! Dr. Hatch was a true blessing to us! I highly recommend her for all of your fertility needs.

Well it had been 18 years and the twins are headed for graduation. Dr Hatch and her staff gave all the hard facts with all the comfort that we were in good hands. They have given my wife and I the one thing we could not do alone and we are forever grateful. Thank you so much.
