Irvine Dental Studio and the entire staff provide A-1 service. Their quality of care along with responsive and caring staff make it a great experience. I was referred to Dr. Diep by my neighbor. My wife and I have been going here for several years. Unlike most medical offices, the front desk staff is great - always happy, cheerful and well, happy to be there - thanks Tiffany! Our semi-annual cleanings are a breeze - in and out in an hour - Thanks Staci! Dr. Diep is great. Explains everything upfront, does GREAT cosmetic work and we are always happy to be patients of his. Let's face it, the dentist office sucks, but this one does not. Highly recommended for everything they do.

I lost track of Dr. Diep for a while, as he sold his Walnut office and relocated to Irvine. He did two implants for me about six or seven years ago. He is an absolute pro. Over the years, one of the crowns on one of the implants became loose. I went online and found Dr. Diep and his new location at Irvine Dental Studio. He remembered me, and his receptionist got me in the next day. Now, I live 51 miles from Dr. Diep's office, but the drive was totally worth it. He quickly found the titanium crown screw and tightened up my crown in about 20 minutes. His skill and professionalism are second to none, and it was great to see him again and to learn that he and his family were well. My loose implant crown is like new...no more movement, and I no longer fear chewing on the right side during a meal...nice, juicy steak time! Dr. Diep had been my dentist for several years now. From Walnut, I followed him to his new location in Irvine despite the long drive and traffic. Some of his staff are actually from his previous location which proves how professional and trustworthy he is that they're willing to follow him. Now, I moved to another state and I still go to him for any dental needs I have every time I go back to CA. I've been to several dentists when I was younger and I like Dr. Diep because he has very "light" hands. Other dentists can be rough especially I usually struggle keeping my mouth open during dental treatments. It's hard to find a doctor/dentist that's kind, professional and excellent in what he does. If I find the right doctor, I usually stay with that provider for a long time. Dr. Diep listens to my concerns and issues I have during my dental appts. His staff are also very nice, welcoming and professional. After the exam, potential treatments are explained then his staff will discuss the breakdown of payments. Nothing is forced and I can usually decide which treatment I want for that day.

I place dentists into three categories. An honest dentist will quote you and charge you $300 for a $300 procedure. An expensive dentist will quote you and charge you $500 for a $300 procedure but will do it in a luxurious office usually in a high rent location. A deceptive dentist will quote you $300 for a $300 procedure and will add charges during the procedure saying that they were unforeseen, or necessary but not covered by insurance. You end up paying $500. I place Michael Diep DDS in this last category. He quoted me $1,269.50 for one implant. As he worked on the implant, he added a panoramic x-ray and a surgical stent that were not mentioned in the original quote. After I thought, I had finished paying, I received a demand for payment of $239.50 because my insurance had rejected a part of the claim that Dr Diep had submitted to them. My original quote was $1,269.50. My total Payment = $ 1,951.00. I am looking for another dentist!

Okay, wait stop for a minute and listen up. This place is the bomb! I kid you not, I was there for about a total of an hour and 20 minutes. Dr. Michael has the hand of an angel along with his assistant. He was so fast and thorough. I am beyond satisfied with the results. The receptionist is the sweetest, kindest person you could ever meet, they are all so very professional and accomodating. They all genuinely care to make a fantastic impression. Making an appointment is super easy. The best surprise is that you're there for an hour and fifteen minutes and presto, you have new teeth! All the work is done in the premises. I am super excited about my new Crown. It's the perfect color and fit! If you have a dentist, it's time to let go and let Irvine Dental Studio give you the real smile, you have always deserved! Been coming to Dr. Diep for the last few years now and this review is long overdue. Wonderful staff, great hygienists, nice and clean modern environment. Dr. Diep and Anne are patient, honest and caring people. Extremely happy that I was able to find them based on a friend referral and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental work.

I can't believe this doctor has five star reviews in here. Had some sensitivity on a molar and he wanted to do a crown right away. Almost lost a good tooth if I wouldn't got a second opinion with my regular doctor. Went there cause my doctor got expensive with the cleanings. It's a shame because I really loved their hygienist, she does such a great job and price was fair for the service. But when I went for second time to check my molar, something told me in my gut to get a second opinion. So I went back to my regular doctor and he fixed a little piece of the filling, took some X-rays and everything was fine. It was just natural sensitivity that can be managed with Sensodine. I guess, because this is a small practice, they really need money at any expense. And also gave me the impression that they want to sell you anything. Beware!

Dr. Diep’s dental hygenist took very good care of my teeth! She’s very considerate and they even put moisturizer on my lips prior to cleaning to make sure I was comfortable. The experience was 5/5

My experience with the Invisalign treatment was exceptional. The process was incredibly smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it went by. Dr.Diep and the staff helped guide me through each step with expertise and answered all of my questions along the way.
