Saw doctor here for annual exam and medical tests - one test mysteriously disappeared. Doctor said I needed critical further testing but then failed to actually authorize the tests.
The building is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional . I recommend that you make an appointment before you go.
I waited 40 minutes in the lobby only to find out that the nurse did not check me in yet and waited another 15 minutes in the exam room only to leave without being seen because that was my lunch hour . There is no wonder why the ratings here are so low. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Highly recommend going to another location because your healthcare or your time is not a priority here.
Son had a Dr visit at MemorialCare Bareanca office and the next day the situation worsened despite taking the antibiotic that the Dr prescribed. The next day the Dr asked to consult at this urgent care of MemorialCare. Checked in at 720pm and now passed an hour without seeing a Dr. This is URGENT CARE. For 30 mins the patient is inside the consulting room waiting for a Dr.
In five years they always have problem with appoinments. 2 times I was truned back. One time I has appoinemnt doctor did not showed uo and nurse prectitiiner did pysical. I. 45 years when ever I called never got call back for picked on time. Today they keps saying you did not filll for we will have to reschedule rudely. What a pathic place. I never met this doctors. Very pathtic appoinemnt system and staff. If you are busy in your life never use this clinic. They will screw your time one way or other.
Terrible experience and got billed a year later for $245? After Medicare paid! Charged $251 for office visit and $351 for Covid tests! Don't go there!
Came in today, June 20, 2024 for a sore throat and cough I've had for over a week. It was actually my second urgent care visit this week, but my previous visit was to the Fountain Valley location on Warner. I should have just gone back there. I had an appointment for 11am. I checked in at around 10:50am. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. At 11:45am I went back to the desk to ask if I was indeed on the list. The woman was kind and checked and it seemed that they were backed up for urgent care and that I was looking at another hour of waiting. She looked into other possible places I could go to and possibly be seen sooner. And wouldn't you know it while she was looking this up they finally called my name. After the initial weight and temperature and blood pressure check, thankfully I didn't wait long. But then I only saw the doctor, Dr. Ario Angha, for about at best 90 seconds. He came in, checked my lungs, looked at my throat. Simply said, "I don't think it's strep. It's probably a cold. I'll get you something for it." Then disappeared. Then the nurse came back in and told me the doctor had gone into a procedure and wasn't sure if he prescribed me something or not. But if he did I'd get a message. And that I was good to go. No paperwork on the way out detailing anything. So basically I'm sitting here checking my CVS app to see if there actually is a prescription for me or not. This was an exceptionally pointless visit. This Culver location is much closer for me but I visited the Fountain Valley location last week because they had sooner availability. In the future I'll just take the extra time and the farther drive to see doctors who seem to actually care about their patients! I will avoid this Irvine Culver location at all costs. This was an absolutely awful and unhelpful experience.
I had to establish a new GP as my old GP is now "concierge" and I didn't want to have to pay just for the privilege of seeing him. I should have done more research before I picked a doctor at this facility. If I would have looked at the reviews, I would have never picked Memorial Care on Culver. First of, it is an Urgent Care center so there are sick people everywhere. Their process for checking in is very cumbersome. I did see the Doctor to establish care. I liked her. However, the first prescription refill I requested, I never heard anything and called but to no avail. So, I had to go to the facility and let them know that I had done an online and a phone request. Finally, they got that filled. Then last week I had a prescription I needed filled and received a note back from the doctor at the beginning of this week, asking "which prescription" I needed. I had stated it in my request. I messaged back. It's two days later and I have heard nothing. I just messaged again. However, I am going to find me a new GP and it is going to be someone in private practice, which is what I'm used to. I have a PPO. Stay away from this place if you don't want to feel like some abstract, random patient.
WHY DOESNT THIS HAVE FIVE STARS. I've been going here since i was a teenager. It's so fast for walk ins, i'll never go anywhere else even thought i've moved out of irvine. Dr Baker holds a special place in my heart. She's takes interest in each patient. Treats patients like they're her own. They're amazing, efficient, so sweet. You can tell they're knowledgeable and never rush you out like other places trying to take your money and move on to the next. Love this place. So homey
I was here for blood work. I checked in early and was taken right away. I've said before I'm afraid of doctors and hate needles. Like the Santa Ana location, the phlebotomists are very good. I felt nothing. I will probably come back here for future blood work since I frequent this area more.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
