okay, I've used Irvine Urgent Care six to eight times in the past two years. The facility is SO much better than my regular doctor's. Always super clean, amazing array of diagnostic equipment and they get me WELL. I've had recurrent sinusitis for two months and Doctor Nguyen used every resource to heal me. The whole staff was amazing - Carlos, the ladies at the front desk - all were super fast and efficient at getting my insurance approved and getting me tested right away.if not for their caring and proficiency I would have had to go the hospital!

If I could give more than five stars I would! I just arrived from Texas with a sick infant & start to finish was under 15 min!!! Super clean & everyone I came in contact with was friendly and extremely helpful/caring! I wish we had this exact office in FRISCO, TX!!!! WOW!!!

The best of the best. They always know how to make me feel better even through the sickest of times and very quickly. I would miss a lot more days of work if it's wasn't for Irvine urgent care. Thanks guys! Amazing service and very intelligent doctors that know what they are doing!

A buddy of mine recommended this joint. Overall a great experience; friendly staff, everything clean and sanitary and I was in-n-out in no time. Had severe pain in my shoulder. At first I thought I just slept on it and it should go away. As time passed my pain didn't, it only got worse. My two options where the ER or this place that my friend recommended. Glad I came here, I would have probably still be sitting in that ER lol

I usually don't write reviews unless it's well deserved & let me say this is hands down the best urgent care i've been to! All of the staff here are very attentive & courteous. It is a very clean facility & the dr was knowledgeable & understanding of my medical condition. To my complete surprise I was in & out within a timely manner after arriving. I will definitely be returning here for any of my medical needs!

I am seriously in love with this urgent care. They have excellent hours for when you can't afford to take time off work or have issues on the weekends and can't wait to call your regular doctor's office during the week. I have gone here a handful of times over the past 5 years. They will refer you if need be and they do a lot of testing onsite if you require x-rays and the like. The wait is always reasonable. 20-30 minutes. They are extremely knowledgeable on a variety of issues. I've come in for anything from a sprained/broken ankle to UTIs. This last time they even offered to set me up with a physical. With how crowded Orange County is, the verifiable lack of doctors for the area (that has been expressed to me by multiple doctors), the long wait to get in and see a variety of practitioners (often weeks to months), it is very hard to find fast and efficient health care. Irvine Urgent Care is that. They make me sleep better at night to know that for most uncomfortable situations they can fix it before I can get an appointment with GP or specialist. Keep up the good work!!!

I have never thought that a Medical center would ever leave a good impression on me. Anything from dentists to hospitals have always freaked me out a bit. This place felt a little different, more of a warm and friendly feeling. Glad I switched my primary physicians

This office is very clean and the staff is friendly. Our wait was less than 15 minutes! The dr seemed generally concerned that my son feel better quickly and I didn't feel rushed in the exam room as we have before at other urgent cares. Would definitely come here again if needed- although I hope it isn't!!!

This place does good work, the staff is friendly and the service is fast. My wife was feeling ill and we had to find somewhere to go. They took us in on short notice. I would definitely come back.

This is absolutely the best Urgent Care (maybe the best place within all medical-related institutions) I have ever been to. I visited this place three times due to different reasons, each and every time I received super professional, friendly and effective treatment. 1. 0 to 10 minutes waiting time Starting from the front desk, everything was so efficient: I just checked in with my name and insurance card (new patient needs a little extra time to fill in certain documents), and every time a nurse was already calling my name that I did not even finish swiping my card for copay. Yes, they were that fast and convenient. 2. Professional and nice staff All nurses and doctors here were super patient, nice yet professional. They knew their job well. They performed a few checks or tests and prescribed me for the right treatment immediately. 3. Complete and diverse examinations Besides regular examinations, this urgent care is equipped with CT scanner, X-Ray, Ultrasonic scanner and all other medical machines. They could also do a blood or urine test if needed. Before you realized, all results and reports were ready for doctor's review. 4. Clean, always clean It is a huge surprise that Urgent Care could be this clean! All rooms, medical accessories, equipments and beds were always clean. I felt so comfortable each time I walked in. Amazing management, great staff and convenient location. It is truly a treasure to benefit Irvine community. Thank you so much!
