The best wisdom teeth removal surgery experience I could ask for! Dr. Nguyen was efficient with the 4 teeth I had to take out, and I was out of there within 30 minutes without any problems. It felt so quick and easy. I was nervous going into the surgery, but the staff, nurses, and Dr. Nguyen made me feel safe and prepared. I would highly recommend Irvine Oral Surgery for any of your dental needs!

I've been to this location twice in the last few days to be seen for my flu. The first time, I had a pretty speedy check-in and was seen by Dr. Nancy McGinn right away. She was friendly, professional, and caring. Thank you, Doctor, for your care and mending me in addition to the other two ladies who were kind and helped me with my intake. I am giving four stars because of the quality of service given to me by a front desk worker, Michelle, I believe is her name. She has glasses and has red hair. When I came back in today. I was confused by the process to check in so I stood there waiting for Michelle to assist. She was in conversation with another client and talking on the phone simultaneously. I checked in using the screen but it was frozen, so I asked her if she could help to see if my name was on the waitlist. She told me to just hit cancel, so I assumed it was done. 15 minutes pass and I don't see my name on the waitlist. I then go back up to the other employee in the front, who informed me I wasn't on the list at all so she would put me back on. Michelle didn't acknowledge me once the entire time I was there, not bothering to ask me what I was in for or jf I had been checked in. I've never experienced such hostility at a medical office. To be ignored like that when you feel like you're already fighting for your life is not a great feeling. I expect a nurturing, warm environment in an urgent care, not the level of rudeness I experienced from Michelle.

Easy to make an appointment staff was very kind and helpful and easy to talk to.

It was streamlined. I booked an appointment online. Went there and was seen in time. Nurse Practioner was very good. We were in and out in 35 to 40 minutes. Excellent. No long waits.

I made an appointment same day and was seen and treated quickly! Will definitely be back.

The provider answered all my Qs and was nice!

Dr. Nguyen is a con artist making up diagnosis that does not exist and making up problems that do not exist. He is after one thing and one thing only: your money. You will lose so much money here for no reason and you will walk away with worse teeth than when you enter. Also, scheduling was very hard, and changing your schedule means forfeiting your deposit.

Alaxandria Kocher NP was wonderful. The wait time was a little longer than expected but I am glad that I waited. She was on top of her game with a tired but good attitude and had a good plan for me to follow with my chest congestion and chronic bronchitis. I'm on my second day of antibiotics and can feel that I am already on the mend. I also want to mention that I had a lapse in my insurance, and they were reasonably priced for the office visit. $93 bucks, in Irvine. Quite a nice surprise. I would for sure go back to see her again. Very smart and professional lady. Thank you again.

Very easy to work with and excellent care. Very efficient on getting my procedure done quickly and pain free. Also great that they followed up the next day to see how I was doing.
