Dear Doctor Caillouette and your amazing team, Words can’t adequately express how grateful I am to you and your fabulous team for making my hip surgery a total success! I was so fortunate to benefit from your expertise and excellent dedication to your patients. All aspects of the surgery, the preoperative and postoperative care and the follow-up have been excellent. The attention to detail, the organization of the information for the patients, the focus on the high quality of patient care and the availability of the staff have been outstanding. The staff’s interaction on the phone and in person has always been personable, helpful and very reassuring. I was worried when I had to cancel my surgery date that I would have to wait a long time for a new date. But wonderful Dustin set up a date for me without a long wait. I could not have had a more positive experience. Thank you for taking such good of me and making my life so much better.

I needed a total knee replacement, my 32 year old baseball injury finally was bone on bone. I was apprehensive about the surgery. Taking something out was acceptable, however putting a knee device inside was different. With each step a had pain. Doctor Caillouette answered all my questions and concerns. The surgery was perfect, no nerve loss, mild swelling, and limited discomfort. physical therapy was intense, albeit necessary. I'm pain free, flexibility is 145 degrees without pressure. Dr. Caillouette and his staff at Newport Orthopedic Institute are the best in sports, or life injuries and joint replacements. I recommend all my old college friends and ex-athletes to there office.

Dr. James Caillouette and his whole team are very talented and professional. From the team at the office as well as Hoag Irvine nursing staff for pre-op and post op to anesthesia, home care physical therapy, communications and education I had a wonderful experience in every way. I am so thrilled to have my new knee and I can't wait to get the next one replaced! A big THANK YOU for great work and care!!

The nurses called him 'angel hands' and indeed that is true! Because of Covid my hip surgery had been postponed for almost 2 years and I was in excruciating pain. After surgery I am hiking and riding my bike again! He is wonderful!

Both knees replaced, feeling no pain in either joint so much stronger my back and posture are improved. I'm back to some incredible physical activity like playing pickleball p. Thanks to Dr calaway

What can I say except Dr Caillouette changed my life! He performed my hip replacement in 2017 and I had no pain. Then a couple years later I started having problems with my other hip. He replaced the other hip in February 2022. I have NO PAIN and I can now do things I could not do for a number of years. Newport Orthopedic institute has it's own nurses, doctors, PA's, and all staff that specializes in orthopedic surgery, so they really have it together. They are all so nice and caring. When I do go in for appointments, Dr Caillouette always asks if I have any more questions before leaving the exam room. Thank you for all you do! I have recommended many people and I had many other people that also feel the same and had hip replacements with Dr Caillouette. I love how they also call and followup with questions about how I'm doing now. Cheryl Li PA is also awesome! very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Hoag Orthopedic Institute. Dr Calluioette did an amazing job on my hip replacement. I can’t believe how quickly I’m recovering. I also can’t say enough about all the staff at HOI. Everyone I came into contact with was talented and caring. They couldn’t do enough to make me comfortable and ensure a speedy recovery.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Caillouette and his staff. He was recommended to me by a very good friend. Since then, I've recommended him to three others. They have all had positive results and are very pleased with their outcome. He has used his considerable talent to replace my left knee joint and just two weeks ago did a revision on the right one after the knee cap had tilted up. I just wish I had known about Dr. Caillouette before having the first total knee joint replacement. I know I would not have needed that revision.
