List of Janet Huang, Do's Reviews
Dr. Huang is one of the best doctors i have ever had. she is always on time, on top of things, and best of all, she is very helpful. Her staff is always very helpful, anytime I call in, they always pick up. Amazing doctor. I have had her for 14 years and recommend her service 10/10.
Dr Huang and her assistant Nancy are both amazing! I send my concerns to Nancy who is very attentive and responsive. She communicates my concerns to Dr. Huang and I get immediate results. I drive 23 miles for this excellent care and it is definitely worth it! I highly recommend them!
My experience with this clinic was disappointing and frustrating. The inability to provide an on-site visit and the reliance on Zoom calls showed a lack of understanding and accommodation for patients unfamiliar with the US medical system. When I sought clarification about a recommended breast mammogram, the nurse, failed to give a clear and informative response about what exactly mammogram does and she can't even answer if the exam include X-ray test. This not only reflects a lack of professional knowledge but also a disinterest in patient care and education. It's crucial for healthcare providers to offer clear guidance and show genuine concern for patient queries, something that was notably absent in my experience.

Terrible service. Took weeks to reply phone call & email. Not care about patient care. Worst, the assistant not even care when you give feedback. They think is not their fault 🤣😅.
Dr Janet Huang never open, they never respond my call and voice mail. Medical office is close and without any note or notice . Take me other month to transfer my insurance. If dr not active it should take out from the dr list from insurance. Very bad experience
Janet has always been knowledgeable, kind, and a great person. Nancy is also always very quick to respond and helpful. Not sure if these bad reviews are regarding the same doctor but she’s been my doctor for 10+ years and I’ve never had any issues. Her reviews outside of google are all 4.5/5+…
Worst doctor you can possibly find. Start on 10/01/22 and try to make a face to face appointment. Impossible. Called a week ago to get some help for blood test. impossible to get a hold by phone. Finally i was able to talk to the office and the receptionist told me to call Quest Diagnostic. Book an appointment with Quest Diagnostic today, took a day off from work, didn't eat since last night. When i went there Quest told me I need a doctor order. Waist a day a work. Call again doctor Huang office several times, no anwsers. Finally after 2 hours of calling the office i got an answer. The receptionist replied " we forgot to tell you, you need a doctor order..." If you want to get an heart attack choose this charlatan

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
