I continue to be impressed by Dr. Palmisano's level of care for my children. She has been their pediatrician for the past 4 years. Today she called me to check on my daughter after reading the notes from the specialist. I really appreciated her concern and follow up.

My wife and I are very happy with our choice of Dr. Palmisano for our little one. She is courteous, engaged with baby and parents, and thorough with her assessment and explanations. I really appreciated that she made a visible show of washing her hands in the room before touching our newborn. The office environment is clean and calm. All of the staff are polite and seem relatively happy to be at work. Whoever does the scheduling deserves praise, and the workflow at the office seems very efficient. Appointment times seem to actually mean something here, unlike other places where an appointment means " get here and wait 20 minutes in the lobby and another 20 in the exam room."

Such a wonderful pediatrician. She's prompt, I've never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes and her approach is very relaxed and she knows how to communicate with kids with her gentle and fun approach. As a sometimes anxious mother she takes time to answer all my questions and never makes me feel rushed or inadequate if i dont understand something right away. I would highly recommend her.
