Kenneth Zuckerman, Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Zuckerman is a doctor that really does care about you. He takes time to be present, really listen to my concerns and is very much interested in those concerns. He patiently explained the medical condition and alleviated my fears. I trust him completely for my head/neck and ear care. Dr. Zuckerman rocks!!!!!

Superior ENT very professional Dr. Zuckerman took his time with my son. Very professional outstanding MD. Dr. Zuckerman also had a follow up call with me and he is an outstanding person and medical professional.

I came to Dr Zuckerman to look at my vocal chords. He was so kind and understanding during my visit. He was patient with me when I struggled with the camera. He's very responsive with my messages and even answered my questions unrelated to the visit, which I know can take up free time for docs.

Good doctor is the one that is available. Making appointment 2 months in advance is not 'available'. If you really have problem you need to address, waiting 2 months to see doctor is not acceptable. So Dr. Zuckerman is knowledgeable, experienced and intelligent, but if he is not available its of zero value to the patient. Then again, if all the doctors who APPEAR to be good were really good, maybe they all would be more available, as there would be less patients with untreated problems to fill their offices?

Not military friendly. Does not accept tricare. They don’t like to work and will give you the run around.

I tried to make an appointment just now for ear wax removal, and the person who called me back from his practice asked me for my name, date of birth, etc. I told her my name and date of birth, and she acted suspicious and then told me they had a male patient with a different first name but same last name with the exact birthdate as mine. She gave me his first and last name and kept telling me in a strange tone wondering how this could be. I asked if he is using my address, and she said I can't give out that information, but she gave me his first and last name and of course the birthdate matches mine--so ridiculous and unprofessional and probably a HIPAA violation. After this phone call I lost confidence in his front office person, and told her that the appointment date she was suggesting was too far off, but in actuality it was her insinuation. I have had the same health insurance since 2005, and we are 2023, so what was she inferring?

Great doctor! I was very pleased with Dr. Zuckerman. He is super comforting and confident. He's a straight shooter without being rude. I left the office with questions answered, referral to a surgeon in hand and a smile on my face. I wish he could be my primary doctor!

Complete waste of time. I've been calling this office for the last 2 months trying to get a referral for a simple sleep study and my visit. First, they said they would have someone call me within 2 weeks, but no one did. After following up with them, they put in the request and gave me the number to follow up with a sleep study company. Turns out, they sent me to a company outside my network, even though there are plenty in my network. After calling again, they referred me to the Hoag sleep study company. This time, the new company said they never got the order. Finally, after getting the order in, it's been another month and the sleep study company says they need additional information for my doctor and they've made 3 attempts and no one from the doctor's office is getting back to them. Save yourself the trip, these people are lost.
