Doc is very thorough and professional. She stops to answer any questions and makes sure you've asked them all. She is super mindful of your time and will apologize if you're kept waiting. Do not mistake her attention to your body for coldness. She checks every inch and is focused. But shs quite engaged if you ask questions so speak up.

Dr. Kristen Kelly is a wonderful doctor, thoughtful as well as helpful. Her patients and her medical students at UC Irvine are exceptionally fortunate to have her.

Dr. Kelly may be highly regarded, but her staff is an extension of herself. She is overpriced, but the financial and front office are the hardest to work with. You will get stuck with a high bill and it is extremely difficult to deal with the staff, which long wait times and rude employees. This office is at UCI, so they cater to the Irvine/Newport Beach patients. It is a 3-6 month wait to get an appointment with her and 100% not worth the time to deal with this office.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Kelly for a dark spot on her forehead. Nice person, but staff is a headache to deal with. She made a fair diagnosis on my daughter, but said the treatment was 50/50 for improvement - pretty much a case by case situation. Disappointing to hear that, but I understand. But the reason for the low score was the $500 bill and the reason for that was the time it takes their staff to enter my daughter's information into their system. I tried numerous times for an explanation of the charges, which were extremely weak. I had the case reviewed, which the office didn't even bother giving me a response back before sending my bill to the Collection Agency, which took a 20 point hit on my credit score. I called the office to ask what happened, she confirmed they should have called me for the review. Talk about unprofessional.

Dr. Kelly made a special effort to care for my daughter. We were in church and my daughter fell and bumped her head. A call for doctor went out and Dr. Kelly stepped forward to provide assistance without hesitation. She made sure my daughter was stable, checked her vitals and made a follow up call. She was pleasant, empathetic, and professional. Our family is very grateful to Dr. Kelly.
