Dr. Hackett is very caring, listens intently, and spends time with her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t jump right to medication if alternatives can be tested out. Great pediatrician!

Very informative, uses science/research to guide the methods & I appreciate no nonsense (esp parents who don't follow guidelines) when it comes to health/wellness of our first baby! We love what she stands for. Very nice also & I also like how well informed the nurses &staff are as well. Also love how all the drs act as a team.

Best doctor ever. So compassionate and patient. Treats us like family. Thinks outside the box. Even helped me with my colitis needs by use of several recommendations! I've recommended to all the moms I know. Dr. Hackett is our favorite!!!! Honored to have a doc such as her!

Dr.hacker is very smart, kind and happy personality. My teenager never gives feedback but she suddenly said I like dr.Hackett a lot, the way she engages and answers all her questions. Very approachable and I was pleasantly surprised with our interactions.

Dr. Hackett is an outstanding Pediatrician for her thoroughness in looking at symptoms and vitals, her prognosis ability, and her tenacity in following through with the parents afterwards to ensure health results are achieved. I firmly believe this is due the passion for what she does for children. Our son (10 month old) got Covid recently which then turned into an infection. Going on 5+ days with symptoms, we scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hackett. She was able to give us precise symptoms to look out for day by day and identified the infection at the start of it. She followed up with both of us parents subsequently for symptoms check and medication instructions accordingly. We thank Dr. Hackett, MCMG Irvine and the entire staff for their diligence and work towards improving the health of its patients.

I don't usually take the time to leave feedback- but I absolutely adore Dr. Hackett. She is so kind and attentive. I can ask her so many questions and she makes me feel like she has all the time in the world to address my concerns. She truly is one of a kind! She is incredibly responsive to messages/questions- and as a new mother this is so important to me. I would recommend Dr. Hackett to anyone who is looking for a great pediatrician.
