Dr. Hackett is the absolute best. We have been going to her for almost 4 years. She's kind, attentive, gives great advice and really listens to our concerns. We never feel rushed through the appointments and she's always quick to respond to messages. My daughter loves her and is always excited to go see her. We are so grateful to of found her!

We LOVE Dr. Hackett! I don't believe the negative reviews about her as they sound made up - as she has never pushed an agenda on me or my kiddos. She always listens to my concerns and asks my kids questions about their health. We've been seeing her for about 5 years now and I couldn't recommend her more! There have been times where she's really spent time with us talking through how mental health like emotional well being is just as important as physical well being. My kids definitely like her and feel comfortable around her. She's always given great advice but has always made it clear that it's our choice. I've always been impressed by her knowledge and expertise. She's absolutely great and I would definitely recommend bringing your kids to see her!

Dr Hackett was super professional, very attentive to details, caring, and patient with us and out twins. She took the time to explain and go over all the details and cover all of ours questions big and small.

BEST DOCTOR EVER!!! We've been seeing Dr. Lauren Hackett as our pediatrician for the past four years and have always been very impressed with her knowledge and standard of care. She has always listen to our concerns and given great advice. I'm so sad to see the other reviews who seem to not really know her at all and are upset not really with her, but with hospital policies. We've always loved her as our doctor and my daughters feel very comfortable with her.

I've been going to Dr. Hackett for all of my three kids since they were born. They are tweens now and she has been taking so much care to discuss their emotional well-being, screen time, all things beyond just physical health. She is amazing! She takes more time and care than any doctor Ive ever seen-- she even called me at home to check up on my kid who was sick. She goes above and beyond! We followed her from her san clemente practice to irvine. I've noticed reviews upset about vaccine schedules-- sounds like new parents who don't understand that pediatricians have to adhere to their practice's standards, it's not in the doctor's control.

Lauren is the greatest pediatrician ever! She is so kind and understanding, not to mention knowledgeable! We feel so blessed that we have had the honor to have her look after our most precious children! Plus our children love her and she always has such a pleasent attitude!

Rude, unprofessional, belittling tone, shallow mindset, big ego, long wait times, doesn't seek to understand or know patients - treats them like a number. Horrible doctor. AVOID! She should not be in pediatrics.
