The only reason I'm giving two stars is that the lab they do a great job taking blood, but the office itself the front staff. The people on the phone are the worst. they all have attitude I have to to see the doctor then see the nurse practitioner then everything is so unorganized and so not structured right it's horrible. I've been waiting over two weeks for test results. then they sent me to the lab for the wrong thing. My situation is really urgent and still nothing. The doctor and the staff are not communicating. The doctor and the nurse practitioner are not communicating. Everything was like absolutely wrong. I will not be coming back to Memorial care ever.!!!

Finally an awesome gyn! Dr Crane has it all. Patient, kind words, engaging, thorough, listened to me, answered questions to put me at ease and provided a path forward to next visit!

I was referred to her because my doctor went on medical leave. The wait times are ridiculous. I had to wait 90 minutes. Also, nobody from their office is reachable or returns voicemails. I asked simple questions that my old doctor would have easily answered. She seemed confused and very unhelpful. She seemed like a nice person, but I would not return to her as my doctor. They also messed up my mammogram referral, something so simple, I have never had issues before until I was referred to this office. Would not recommend!

Great Dr crane has been very thorough and wonderful in my time as her patient. She makes me feel at ease and discusses all options with me at each appointment. She is taking my heart condition more seriously than my previous OBs did in prior pregnancies

Recommend OB Dr. Crane was very caring and knowledgeable. She spent a considerable amount of time with me and provided a good narrative of everything she was doing. Only downside was having to wait 45 minutes before being seen.

Post op for surgery - Full Hysterectomy Dr. Crane is very friendly and kind. She encourages questions and after she answers them she really listens to my responses. I feel I’m in good hands with her.

She seemed quite tired a little rushed and or annoyed while she was seeing me although I understand that she had a very busy day before seeing me, for my first time going to see a gyno it was not how I hoped it would go.
