Be careful when coming here, even for routine services like a standard cleaning. I was told there would be a $40 co-pay, but when I contacted my insurance, they confirmed that preventive cleaning should have no co-pay. When I raised this with the office, they explained that an “additional service” had been added to the cleaning. This was never disclosed beforehand. Lack of transparency like this is concerning. Patients should be clearly informed about any extra services and costs in advance, not after the fact. Based on this experience, I would be cautious about trusting this office.
I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The entire care team is extremely professional, attentive, and thorough. From the moment I arrived, everyone made the process smooth and comfortable. Dr. Norouzi is very knowledgeable and took the time to carefully explain everything, which I really appreciated. Tina was also incredibly kind and detail-oriented, making sure I felt at ease throughout the visit.
I've been there a couple of times and the experiences are not really good. Pretty disappointed because I chose to come due to good reviews here before: - Long wait time even though it doesn't seem that busy. It seems their operation is in efficient. - After waiting for nealry 1 hour, they brought me in, checked quickly and told me to go him without even cleaning my teeth! I had to remind them (they charged me for the service before going in :) ). - I didn't get a feeling that they cleaned very clean, it was pretty quick while usually my previous dentist will take 45'-1hr for cleaning and my teeh now is with invisilign. - They keep upselling me (and my husband) deep cleaning which is very expensive too. Don't need to say, I changed the dentist :) Won't be back.
Really great experience! Shout out to Shyla who was amazing and really helped me bring cost down for the optional preventative laser. She was probably the best dentist I have had and will definitely recommend her to everyone. She also is amazing at numbing. No pain!!
Money hungry practice. I was quoted $2,500 for wisdom tooth removal here. Went back to my childhood dentist in Riverside and paid $25 for the same procedure. Oh and they made me pay over $400 for a CLEANING. Scammers.
Be careful when getting services outside of the normal routine dentistry. I recently got a crown. I paid for my patient portion upfront. Being from an insurance billing background, wasn't comfortable for me, but most of the staff is friendly and the Dentist is a great guy, so I did it. Months later I got my EOB and wondered why my patient portion was $546 less than what I was charged. When I called it was explained to me that there was special material they use for my crown that does not get billed to insurance and is patient portion. This was not discussed with me prior to my treatment. Ellie didn't even explain to me why special material is needed or why they use it. Nor was it explained at the time. In this economy, I cannot afford to pay an extra $500 when the normal material would've been just fine. Needless to say I have fired them. It's unfortunate because the dentist is a really good dentist and the office staff aside from the x-ray tech is pleasant to deal with.

Front staff was great. However I had the worst experience with Tara Norouzi. Came in to perform a deep clean and overall check up, her delivery was absolutely terrible like I had something very bad going on. I asked for gas but she said she can make sure that I don’t feel any pain at all, not know she was pocketing my whole mouth with injection (I couldn’t talk for the whole day) Paid 500 plus first visit overall acceptable out of pocket, after looking at my insurance bill they tried to charge 4000 dollars to my insurance but only got approved for 800, lol jokes on you. What’s even worse is I went to my second clean at another location and they stated that the deep clean was performed horribly.. STAY AWAY. PERIOD.
Great assistants. Loved to be able to get ortho treatment and my cleaning at the same appointment. Teamwork was great.
Wonderful experience overall. Dr. Tara was very attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. Also Youana was extremely helpful and kind, which made the visit even more comfortable. Scheduling was easy, wait time was minimal. Would come again!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
