I went to this dentist several times before, but he left my dental work unfinished and is no longer trustworthy at all. The experience with this doctor was very negative and harmful. This dental clinic must be closed forever.

I have recently visited Dr Louis Moon for annual cleaning and filling. He is one of the greatest dentists I have met. Anesthesia before filling wasn’t really painful, and filling didnot take long. All went through as smoothly and comfortably. I felt much better after treatment, and I highly recommend this dental clinic for cleaning and filling.

My wife, Sahar, had a root canal and crown done by Dr. Louis Moon, and we couldn’t be happier. Dr. Moon and his staff are very professional, caring, and supportive—especially Alexis, who was wonderful. Sahar felt comfortable and well cared for the entire time. Dr. Moon and Alexis are simply the best dental team!

This is the best dentist office ever. Very accommodating, very friendly, very honest, and amazing. And most important done correctly. I am recommending it to everyone. I had a deep cleaning, a tooth, replacement, and a crown. All were done efficiently and professionally.

This dental office is very clean and the staff conduct themselves professionally and are very nice. Dr. Moon is phenomenal and went above and beyond for his patients. I bought my lil grandma in and although he was very busy, he absolutely did his best and was very kind and upfront with any issues that arose. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lois Moon gets one star for getting the job done. Otherwise I began to wonder about the amount of Novacane I was injected. I came for a cleaning and a filling. Well, drilling was intense to put it mildly, and had little confidence the dentist was paying attention as he was chit chatting with his assistance all along the procedure. He got up saying "done" and left without saying "bye" I could not even open my lips to rinse at the end of the procedure. I was excited to get dental coverage for the first time under Medicare Advantage. I felt I got the cheapo treatment. No wonder Tijuana gets the good ratings. At least from me.

Me and my family went for a cleaning but the appointment took 1-1.5 hours per person (due to waiting), the cleaning itself took maybe 5 minutes, no manual scaling was done, only ultrasonic (zipped through), polishing done by the assistant (barely), and I can still feel some plaque on my back molars after my appointment. Each of us were told to get 5-11 fillings done, but I doubt that's the case as other dentists told us nothing 6 months ago. The assistants were very nice, but I was very disappointed in the dentist's lack of sincerity as a pre-dental student

I had a really bad experience at this dental office. My appointment started very late, with no explanation or apology for the delay. On top of that, the procedure was extremely painful, and it felt like the staff didn’t care about my comfort at all. I left feeling frustrated and anxious, which is the last thing you want after a dental visit. I do not recommend this place and won’t be returning.
