Our experience was terrible; treated my daughter for approximately 7 months, was not communicative with parents and did not advise when my daughter really needed higher care; she ended up in psych hospital and I truly believe that had Matt communicated any concerns to us that this may have been avoided. Be mindeful when placing your adolsecent in his care.

Matt was very helpful with our young adult son who was stuck in a holding pattern with poor college grades and (we think) casual drug use. He helped him prioritize his life and understand why he was making bad decisions. It's been really good.

Matt was instrumental in destroying my 7 year relationship. My partner became a really angry person after seeing him (a side I hadn’t seen before). Matt would do both couples counseling and individual counseling. After the individual council my partner would come home angry and bitter even if my partner and I were in a good place before he did the individual session. Highly suggest avoiding for couples if you value your relationship.

Terrible - if you don't want to work through problems and like having a misconstrued analogies thrown at you, Matt is great - but if you like explaining yourself to an unbiased third party, I would highly recommend you consider a qualified mental health professional with proven abilities to help patients get unstick
